From 9th March RNS announcing the debt facility
"In addition, an agreement has been reached with the vendors of Harland & Wolff (Appledore) Limited in relation to the outstanding deferred consideration payable by the Company. Under the terms of the revised payment schedule, the Company will pay the vendors instalments as follows:
· 31 March 2022: £500,000
· 30 June 2022: £500,000
· 25 August 2022: £2.50 million (£2.10 million in cash and £0.40 million in the Company's shares)
· 25 February 2023: £2 million (£1.60 million in cash and £0.40 million in the Company's shares)"
"But thanks for delaying the start of the construction of the facility because the value of the project from 2yrs ago has at least tripled as has the urgent need for it's construction now ;))"
Shame the share count is 8 x higher though...
I agree this could see a decent relief bounce from sub £10mill mcap
Problem medium term is the increased revenue turnover required just to pay the debt repayments imo
Should do it.....
??.....
From last interims Paul burnt through £1.3mill in 6 months
Just saying....
You can charter a fishing boat similar size to KY for around £650 per day
£450k seems a tad pricey to me...
I'm surprised Droderick hasn't been on here for a while defending the company...
Sid,
That's a private Facebook group about the restoration of the boat.
Interesting who the administrators of the group are..
Infa/harl have paid around £450k for hire of a boat (skippered by ceo's brother) through a company owned by the CEO
From what I can see anyway
" constantly told lies upon lies from the board room."
Ring any bells?
I think JW is finding the workers aren't a push over like the office staff!
"Militant" ffs it takes a dictatorship to think this is militancy
Sums JWs arrogance up imo....
Ignore that!
I see the debt facility is for working capital too
"The Facility will be used to support growth in the business and supplement the Company's working capital requirements."
How's the working capital looking?....
Looks like the volume since listing will have gor must of the ipo flippers out now.
Directors buying and recent TR1s are proving a lot of stock is going to stickier holders.
Investor warrants priced at 1.5p so shouldn't cause an overhang until sp is significantly north of here.
GLA and DYOR
I'm sure the placing money will have treated the 2 executives very well.....
;0))
Zero dilution with these deals too
Netted £185k, gained 20% of another buisness and acquired another interesting gold project!
I'd say decent buisness by DH
Could the large trades be warrants?
The Company will also grant Riverstone detachable warrants over new ordinary shares in the Company ("Warrants") as part of this transaction. A total of 10,419,766 Warrants will be issued as part of this transaction. Each warrant will carry an exercise price of 14.25 pence per share, which is the closing price of the Company's shares on 08 March 2022, being the latest practicable date prior to this announcement. The Warrants are exercisable at any time after the Facility has been put in place but must be exercised before 36 months from today's date.
