It's called a conversation you nugget
Not so historical his misdemeanours btw
You are aware of the RNLI RNS???
More fool you then!
Serious question, do you work for Harl or their PR company?
The past is all relevant!
JW has proved time and time again he isn't bothered about the amount of dilution or debt he gives the company as long as he's king of the castle. The debt means his castle is built on very marshy ground atm.
Here's a story
I spoke to him at an investor presentation (December 2018 I think)
He told me to my face he was disgusted at the previous CEO placing at a discount with warrants and he would only raise at a premium in the future!!!
I have plenty of other stories btw.....
Exactly this Speedy!!!
"Thank you John for this well timed update & just shows H&W are cooking on gas across all yards"
*Thankyou John for paying yourself almost £400k while decimating the sp you greedy ****
There Chris fixed it for you ;0))
"Just added a further 15400 on the bell."
You OK Hun ? ;0))
"This is a bold statement to be making"
Xenor, JW has made many, many "bold" statements....
Yep it's all about believing the bod....
Average executive pay on AIM is less than £250k so by that reasoning they are paid too much imo
To give credit the company are employing hundreds of people and this will definitely be a positive fir the local communities.
They have built this from nothing other than shareholders expense.
The company itself could well become an amazing success but that success may not be directly proportional to shareholder value imo.
Wallowing in debt and sky high interest payments is a problem imo.
Anyone care to comment on this paragraph from CFO statement?
"As we become more mature as an organisation and pick up higher levels of debt, one of the important
metrics that we will be reporting on is the net debt level at periodic intervals. Accordingly, our net debt
as at the end of FY 2022 stood at £82.51 million (2021: £14.05 million). This highlights the fact that
we are under-capitalised and would need to balance our capital stack in due course."
£10mill in interest payments on a mcap of £22 mill
Great job John!!
No bonus but still managed to cream almost £400k each
Don't know if he managed any related party transactions this time though
TDF
You're assuming I'm straight sweet cheeks ;0)
BTW Xenor
I've followed this company since the original bod were sacked
I was at that EGM and been to quite a few AGMs and presentations, I even went over to Islandmagee and had a tour of the drill site and other locations.
You reckon I bought on the spike?
I didn't sell the spike but I sold at quite a few times more than my .3p average ;0)
I also had a very successful trade last year
Trading this share is the only way to make anything imo.
Am I a buyer atm? No
Too many questions atm
A few days of buying or selling volume normally indicates a leak of info ( good or bad)
Misleading info list (not exhaustive )
IM construction ready
Don't need Marine licence for financial close of IM
Treating protesters with total contempt (I was guilty of this too)
Triumph debacle
RNLI RNS
Annoyance list (not exhaustive)
massively excessive renumeration for where company is
Credibility of bod
Whatever JW says goes (surrounded by yes men/women)
Totally out of depth CFO
Totally pointless chairman
Not giving a toss about dilution or shareholder value
Have used every fluffing trick in tge AIM book of fluffing tricks
I'll think of more ...
What will be new info is the chubby chap's renumeration....
These jokers will either release after hours or just let it get suspended
Any credibility that was left will vanish if the latter occurs imo
Only way a pi can make money out of this is to trade it
Look out for the increase in volume prior to news!
