Hello there Cashintime hope all well with you. I would like to see a deal done on Polb-001 and or some of the other assets with the obvious cash injections involved. A reverse take over to enable us to list on the NASDDAQ would be ok as long as it does not come with major dilution. We are not in need of cash so I would prefer to see growth in the share price favoring original shareholders and not watering down potential gains for us. Moniman is correct the share price is well below the IPO level. Whilst it is understandable that this will change once deals start to happen it is also irritating to see as Moniman has pointed out. I am confident that Poolbeg will do very well. But once again would prefer that we see an increase in the share price which rewards original shareholders and not a vanity project that dilutes us just to get a NASDAQ listing. I would prefer to see a buyout my a big Pharma player.

The proposal has not progressed. However, it is still seen as a potential option that is open until Lansdowne issues formal notification of an intention to pursue arbitration.

Hello there Nigel. Yes anything is possible now. I myself think that there will be a BROEy and LOGP tie up. I believe that LOGP will get a good deal as it has the UK listing and this gives Barryroe Energy the possibility to sue under the ECT. I do not think there will be a significant placing at the moment. LOGP has some significant shareholders who have pumped a lot of money into the company and I do not see them opting for dilution. So either no foal no fee legal ECT challenge or a tie up with BROE under favorable conditions. My opinion of course and all other opinions are equally as valid as it is all just speculation. Regards

Hello there Cashintime. I listened to the presentation. Do not remember any talk about NASDAQ listing mentioned. Perhaps I missed it !!. Also had a look at the AI collaboration presentation. HVIVO also presented at the Master Investor event. Questions were asked about further AI collaboration and the use of HVIVO data. JS was also asked about the rights that POOLBEG have to the HVIVO database. It appears that we have a 30 month period (if I remember correctly). This means that anything that is in the HVIVO database up to the period of 30 months following the spin out of Poolbeg from Open Orphan can be used by Poolbeg in it`s AI study. I think there are 70 or so datasets. Not sure what is in these datasets and if they represent 70 different diseases. In any case neither HVIVO nor JS wanted to delve into the topic and said that it was a family agreement and should remain cordial going forward. In any case HVIVO said that it was not really the core business of theirs to use these datasets for AI drug development. POLB-001 was mentioned and it was said that the recent patent news updates was a tremendous step forward for ensuring patent protection and opened the way to further discussions with partners. It was mentioned that different partnering agreements for POLB-001 could be reached i.e. one for influenza and another for oncology and that further potential uses are being examined. AI was showcased as the way forward. Poolbeg is very well positioned. The AI studies presently being undertaken may also be extended to produce other drugs for other diseases. I too believe we will do well with Poolbeg and that this company will be eventually bought out for a hefty sum. But I will keep my feet on the ground as Moniman reminds us to do on many occasions.

Yes Cashimtime we should have been notified of the patent issue and hence concerns expressed by Moninan can also be seen to be valid. Let us hope that you and I who tend to be more positive than Moniman ( may or may not be justified) turn out to be correct abd that we all make a handsome rerurn

Hello there Moniman. I think it is a good thing to have all views represented as we all have our biases which no doubt cause us to take irrational decisions at times. I believe you and cashintime have valid opinions and both serve to educate. Our hope is that Poolbeg will do well. It is a bit like waiting for paint to dry here at times. But I will hold and believe Poolbeg will do well. I have been burnt badly with other AIM investments but in the case of AMRYT Pharma I made a decent return in the end. In the end none of us are privy to what is going on behind closed doors. We have no idea what if any progress is really taking place or what if any negotiations are ongoing. But we may be lucky and hit the jackpot here with what could be a gem of a company !!!1

As announced in March 2023, we successfully strengthened the patent portfolio of POLB 001 with another patent grant in the US, covering the use of certain p38 MAP kinase inhibitors for the treatment of hypercytokinaemia. Further to this, in January 2023 we filed patent applications for the use of POLB 001 in addressing the impact of CRS associated with CAR T cell therapy, as well as other oncology indications beyond CAR T. It is not unusual in the pharmaceutical industry for patents to be challenged. The Immunomodulators I European patent was opposed by an anonymous third party in September 2021. The European Patent Office's ("EPO") preliminary opinion on the opposition was received in March 2023, identifying a number of items to be discussed at a hearing set for November 2023. Based on specialist advice received, and the fact that the patent went through an extensive examination process prior to being granted by the EPO, Poolbeg continues to have full confidence in the validity and strength of the patent and will vigorously defend its intellectual property to the extent required.

Yes Moniman likely one of the big pharmas trying to put a spanner in the works. It should not be allowed as it does waste time and money. Hopefully we can advance now. Perhaps the submission was made by one of the potential suitors who now has decided to make a deal with Poolbeg. We will see what happens at some stage !!!

Morning Moninan. Hope you are well. My opinion is that Poolbeg are building patiently the value of Polb-0001. Poolbeg is advancing on many other fronts. This company will be a wnner. And yes waiting is frustrating as day traders play around and push sp lower on lack of groundbreaking news.

Agree Moniman. We need a deal on POLB-001. I see that there was an anonymous attempt to stifle the POLB-001 Immunomodulators I European patent in Sept 2021. It is obvious that POLB-001 could be a game changer so perhaps some of the bigger plays in the Industry were trying to throw a spanner in the works, slow things down or create delays. POLB-001 could probably also be expanded to use in Covid and Sepsis treatments so it is better to get the right deal at the right time. Good Luck to all holders

Agree with you that the western economies are in recession and basically functioning on voodoo economics. However disagree entirely on your pessimism with regards to Poolbeg. As I say the proof will be in the pudding. I believe Poolbeg is going to make all who have invested very happy indeed

Great company end of 2023 and 2024 will be transformational. Moniman just sell your shares now. Why do you hold on. I will buy them from you. Liberate yourself from the pain !!!

An observation. Do you want the share price to go up or down ? I as a shareholder do not care if there are rampers. Why would I ? If the share price goes up on the back of ramping I like you can sell at a higher price. So that is good news for any shareholder who wants to sell at a profit. However I am in for the long run so day day changes are irrelevant. However those shareholders who are constantly posting negative and pessimistic comments (and they are perfectly entitled to do so ) are acting in a way that will likely depress the share price in the absence of news. So I can only extrapolate that you prefer the share price to go down rather than up
