Hello Mamms. Agree with you. Let us hope that things will speed up once Vevan issue there new plan for Barryroe Energy. Perhaps that has been delaying things. It is the only reason I can see for not having instigated procedings to date.

So it appears that nobody from the Decc or the Government has shown any willingness to discuss anything. This should provide more ammo for a legal case. What is yoyr opinion Swizz ?. What are you exoecting regarding Vevan and any potential dealings with Logp ?

Hope so Cash. It happened with Amryt -twice. I was a shareholder. Made some gains on final take over by Chiesi but the increase in market cap along the way was achieved by dilluting shareholders as a result of Algerion and Chiasma deals. We are not presently in need of cash. Just hope they sign some good revenue generating deals in advance of any reverse take overs and thus minimise dillution to us the existing and original shareholders

Sounds good. I just hope any potential reversal deal does not bring much dillution. Would prefer to get some deals done beforehand, bring in some cash use a raised share price or the cash to fund any reverse take over or the purchase of new products

Which will be the first license signed in your opinion. NASDAQ Oral tab deal, Polb-001 (Influenza), Polb-001 (Influenza + Oncology), Polb-002, AI Influenza or AI RSV ?. Or could it be the Oral GLP or something else ?

Hello Cash. Yes that is definitely good news re the partnering discussions. CF would not have stuck that into the RNS unless it was his view that something positive is being worked on. I believe it will be a deal with one of the major pharma companies for all possible POLB-001 uses. Perhaps there are a number of big companies showing interest and Poolbeg needs to make an analysis as to which better serves our interests going forward.

Here you have it. My first reply. Yes Poolbeg has always had potential. Polb-001 must be sparking interest amongst many of the big Pharma players. Imagine the competitive advantage it could give one pharma company over the others. I wonder if Poolbeg would prefer POLB-001 if it is successful to be taken over by one Pharma company that then governs its use in the market or whether they would like it to become a general use drug whereby if approved it could be used by all and sundry.

Yes Moniman covid is going nowhere. Sister had it again last week. Think Sepsis could be another area. For a big Pharma you would think this would be a must have. It would give them a major conpetitive edge in many fields.

Sepsis is another area where it could possibly be used. Do you not think these would add value and increase market depth for Polb-001 ?.

It is hard to see how Polb-001 will not used to target CRS in covid and sepsis as well. I would be surprised if Poolbeg is not looking at patents for these targets as well.

Just as a matter of interest what is the difference between Immunomodulator 1 and 2 ?. I also wonder how long before we might hear Poolbeg announce a patent request for the use of Polb-001 in Covid ?

Hello Moniman. CF did say he was prohibited from buying shares at the moment and will do so at the first opportunity. So something must be going on related to one of the existing work programs or with respect to something else. I too believe we will hear something before the end of the year. Big tranches bought last week and as we know which normally indicates a belief that the share price is going to rise. CF is a shrewd operator and Amryt staff would not be joining unless something afoot. Take care

Hello there Moniman/Cash/BurtonD. Wonder what near term news is on the cards. We should be hearing something regarding RSV AI candidate lab validation soon. Also the proof of concept study for the oral delivery of the nasdaq listed metabolic drug is also ongoing. I imagine we will also likely see some further patents filed for POLB-001. Wonder when we night hear on any partnership deal for POLB-002. Perhaps the POLB-0002 project will be given some impetus following the RSV AI review. JS did say at Sharesoc that Polb-002 would liklely be progresed based on a collaberative basis with likely interest from parties in the USA . Then we have POLB-001 with any sort of a deal possible at any stage.

Would be nice to have some competition between some big Phama companies looking to sign a deal with us. Wonder what Polb-001 is really worth and what a deal mightblook like ?
