I believe that BEY can still make a claim if it reverses into LPGP. The Minister`s decison was not legally binding. It was based on his subjective reading of non-binding clauses. So BEY could still rverese into LOGP and thereafter make a clain. The question is would LOGP agree. Perhaps LG decided he would like to pursue this ECT with LOGP but instead of owing circa 20% mof BEY he wanted the 80%. So he waited and went down the receivership route and will now examine ECT plan again. Obviously at the same time looking to get License reinstated in parallel.

That is how I read it. I too got shafted in BEY. Swizz might have some interesting comments to make.

Hello Atomictank. You make an interesting point. So perhaps if this jurisdiction issue were to prohibit BEY/VEVAN from going down the ECT route Vevan could reverse into Landsdowne and relist. The number of shares would be alloted to represent the 80/20 split. Landsowne has not moved jurisdiction. Think Vevan will try the Irish Courts first and thereafer other options possible.

New investor presentation looks good. AI lab based validation for RSV still due H2 2023. So any day now. We must be getting close to a deal on POLB-001. Investor presentation is definitely giving that signal !!

Thanks Hbomb. So it appears that they will issue the 315Million shares at whatever price they can. I think if they were going to raise more cash now they would have announced it on the meeting today. Plus 21 days from the announcement of an agm would take us into february and they have told us they plan for a January spud. Surely they cannot come out now and lie and tell us the drill is delayed as we will need to issue even more shares.

Can they issue more shares that the 315 million mentioned at the AGM ?

Morning Cash. How do you see a deal from Polb-001 being structured ? How much upfront cash ? What sort of royalties ?Would it be one deal for influenza and another for oncology ? All together perhaps ? Also would the company that takes POLB-001 forward in the event of it making it to market thereafter use POLB-001 only for itself or do you think the company would then allow other companies to use the drug for a cost ?

Morning Cash. I agree with you. I also think it is noteworthy that it was DA who made the statement about condiderable interest from pharma companies plus productive discussions. Doubt he would put his name to statements like this unless he is pretty confident

Morning Moniman. Exoecting this to tread water and drift lower in the near term. Will get a bounce on the back of good AI rsv data. But as you say concrete results are what count. Do believe we will get very good news - but perhaps q1 2024. But with poolbeg you cannot be sure sonething is not brewing near term

One Question Swizz. I have seen a 30 day period mentioned for the SOA for Barryroe Energey. Cannot find it mentioned anywhere in any document. Is this an offical date or one that can be moved and will be delayed as per the minor procedural delays. Just wondering when we might expect to see some news - rough idea !!!

Hello Moniman. How are things. YEs the share price is drifting an it is not surprising. I was actually going to mention yesterday why I think it is happening. I see very good things brewing during the course of 2024 and obviously waiting for Oral GLP concept validation and news on RSV AI candidates due this year. However JS said something in the BP article from the other day that I believe was unwise as it will in the short term lead to a slight slide. He said that he expects revenues next year. He should have said nothing. So Investors now assuming no interesting news before 2024. In any case the general tone is very positive. Deals will happen soon but likely not before Christmas. Lets see if good news on Oral GLP validation and AI RSV candidates comes before the year end and pushes the share up in advance of deals next year !!!
