Just as an indication whilst not directly pertinent to Alaska, but Shell are in talks to buy Endeavor Energy. A company not dissimilar to 88e. The price tag is $8B & they have an acreage of 300000 acres - ok it's in the Permian basin which obviously is not Akaska but it demonstrates the potential price we have in the ground. So the moral is wait patiently.....

Depends on the deal but most likely everyone will be offered sharws in the company that takes over based on the offer price. So x flybe shares will be converted into y shares in the takeover company to the value of the agreed sale price. You'll probably have a cash alternative or part cash part shares
