I feel it quite possible the drill will turn earlier, it must be set up ready or v close to. Unless the permit says drilling can only commence on 15th, why can't Erik give the order to drill a day of so earlier & save some cash?

Interesting deal but see what your saying moneyhawk. It is interesting to note on earlier RNSs that an extension was granted to bidders only a few days before this was announced. The point I am making is - read nothing into DWs extension RNS - its par for the course when dealing with big boys.

In 9 days time. I suspect, as it's a Friday & Alaska is ~ 8 hours behind, we may not actually see the Announcement until Monday 18th in Oz. So lets not get too hot under the collar folks if we dont see it on Friday! Just saying ..

That's some rig. It looked a bit faster than 1 mph but as far as I could see, it wasn't on an ice road, pethaps a similar rig somewhere warmer. Who cares how fast it is, as long as it's on site at the right time and ready to go.

I did hold a small amount of RMP and made some easy money back in the summer with the plan to buy more into here. I partially did that with some of the profits, & lost other half through impatience with another share which would since have paid out nicely. That's why im not bothered DW up to now hasnt announced the awaited FO deal. Im convinced patience will be rewarded soon.

Only 13 trades so far plus what's on L2. V quiet. Calm before the storm, I'm prepared for the storm just want it to happen soon. It's been a long wait, I'm a patient person but my nails are starting to fray!
