Short of time so I will just pick up on your diagnosis in small part
"Finally do we really think they have negotiated a $2mn discount on Mothae? You could read that statement as being that they have to pay them $2m on signing the finance followed by the balance of $6.5m over time. It doesn't seem very clear to me"
,•Mothae purchase price reduced to US$6.5 million from US$8.5 million, with US$2 million initial payment to Lucara upon completion of initial financing and further payment schedule agreed. This means unless I am totally off the mark? The agreed price is 6.5mil. As soon as the agreement is complete they have to pay the intial 2 million which will leave 4.5 million to pay which equates to a 2 million reduction in the price!
