I believe we will get an a RNS confirming that we have moved from Stage 2 to Stage 3 as it is of Material importance

I would expect a RNS to announce when NC move to stage 3 as they will significantly increase their percentage ownershi to 40% at end of Stage 2. They will also have to spend $25 m USD in stage 3...but I believe they will go beyond that figure as most believe they will have already burnt through that.
