It’s largely factored in on the day of the raise and the shares have been subscribed to..so should not see any effect. Liquidity may improve but it’s not a huge amount of shares so again little effect.

Difficult to say, but I would hazard a guess it was a worked buy judging by the sp today. The spread was all over the place in the final moments yesterday
