Walkely, that is incorrect the 1.7m is retained by Cirata under the new agreement…and as per the new agreement and RNS all future revenue goes to Cirata, minus the IBM fees.

For clarification, this is a great deal for CRTA.

The $1.7m is the remainder of a much larger prepayment from IBM to Wandisco. Under the new deal this now does NOT need to be paid back to IBM and from this point on any revenue generated through sales by IBM will go directly to CRTA (after deduction of IBM fees).

Yes CB is very good but for him it’s a free ride and I do wonder why he didn’t approach GGP for the JV or perhaps he did and they couldn’t strike a deal.

Also need to consider how they find the drill campaign, likey with an equity funding..we shall see… but one to keep an eye on for sure

Quite comical,

Ravenswell never been a holder and never will..yet keeps posting here..and why is that? Same old posts from the four musketeers as when we hit the lows earlier and they disappeared as the SP doubled.

Absolutely Pearls, way oversold and as per previous time it was at these levels we saw a sharp reversal..and many regretted not buying in. Great to add IMO but as always DYOR
