I feel a bit sorry for those who sold today out of panic as it showed a few things for me, they haven't done their DD on EUA or they are risking more money than they can afford to loose, none if us want to loose money but panic selling speaks volumes on how a person is invested, its not nice to see? I'm not on about traders or profit takers as they do their dealing for different reasons.

The panic sellers realy do need to start researching what EUA is all about to see the potential, if you panic sell you probably don't understand the company, the RNS's or the ACF the reports etc, I know I dont fully understand it all but I do see the massive potential here. Stop going just by posts showing info and sp predictions on this board before buying back in, Use the info to help your DD and look into it all fully before deciding, it makes you feel alot safer in the investment you make. I invested an amount I'm willing to risk for the sale or have to wait alot longer should the sale talks fall through, I'm aware there are risks no matter how many positives are posted but I honestly do believe it will come good for me for once!

Do NOT take this as a reason to buy back, do as I said above before regarding research then decide, you'll feel a lot more happier inside on your decision either way.

lol PP I've had a few of those and missed out which is why I'm in till the end no matter what this time! I remember the weeks of fun we had when we hit 27 ish and went all the way back down to 17 ish, we then ended up in the high 30's and are getting closer to knowing the final outcome. If you made money selling dont let it faze you but if you lost then give yourself a slap ;)

As for today, I see the RNS as a "Come on you lot slow down a touch" It also came across to me as they were saying "Theres NO leaks and we are still progressing as we were and theres been no (Insider dealing) So f*ck you Simply Wall Street."

To put another spin on it, this comes across as rampy but what if they dropped the biggie this week, that would make some think there was a leak so are they not covering their backs by releasing this RNS today? Its gets them out of a possible sticky situation? Who knows? Probs wont drop now for a few weeks or more but who cares because unless we are all clueless and have misunderstood everything in front of us then the sale price will be higher than today anyway no matter what happens daily. Is there a chance we are all wrong? Yip but would be very interesting as to why!

Try using this site on a Firestick, its ad central! Blokada helps a little bit with them but they are very anoying!

Yea I sort of get where you're coming from but I suppose I'd rather people just completely destroy them with the info we have at hand, I also undertand that longer termers are probs sick of seeing the same games played by them and cannot be bothered responding to them. I just wish when someone does ask a question that comes across as negative they were given a chance first and to be fair some are but I have seen some being slated right off the bat, thats bad. Anyone even visiting this site needs their heads checking or just please dont! I've looked into companies and SWS pop up now and again and when you visit it all looks nice a professional but when you read the data and then look who they are linked to it should ring alarm bells! There is something very suss about that site and todays post regarding PTs sale is 100% proof they shouldn't be used as a source of info or research, I'd love it if PT took it further as surely he has a case here?

Lets just pretend this was legit, since then its been confirmed that there has been other interest in buying EUA among many other positives, so would it be safe to say the predicted 24p is now way to low? I'd say so! Assuming it was Lesego back then who this involved then its an almost certainty that other big players would now be involved or why would they have involved UBS and mentioned ? I'd actually like these posts to be true as it puts a floor under the sp for me and only means the deal is better than that :) Time will tell.

If someone posts something that looks derampy or negative, instead of slamming them and "Green binning" Them, why not defeat them with details? All binning people does is leaves them free to post what they want without repurcussion? I have an idea why some do it but I wont go there for fear or some dummies being spat out!

Gold you imo are wrong in the "150 to 200 billion" Value in the ground asis anyone who mentions them. That figure is just stupid and based on nothing but wrong info given! If I'm wrong then can someone please post the workings out? If the experts at valuing haven't mentioned those figures then why believe some post on a forum? EUA is undoubtedly a very good company with a well ran board and some excellent looking figures for oz's underground but those figures are as bad as derampers coming on and spouting crap about EUA! Stick to what we know and the figures known to come up with more realistic figures of value because those are what count and those are why companies are trying to buy EUA.

The ACF report's average value range price was 57.7p + 30% as flanks have been granted = 88.2p + the slight upgrade to quantities and PD price rise = ? Lets say 1.8p just to round it up = 90p (85p) *See below

*Now the 30% risk reduction was for the flanks only so if I'm understanding it correctly its not 30% of 57.7 but 30% of just the flanks which would bring the 90p down but not by that much as the flanks are where the value is.

So yea from that basic working out going by the ACF report and doing a little research it still equates to 85p which is nearly double my final sale prediction. However I understand why people say over £1 for the reason below.

ACF base there workings out on 15m oz, EUA are guaranteed to get a minimum of another 7m oz if they apply for the extension which takes EUA up to 22m oz BUT and heres the kicker I like to use, the extra oz for the flanks and extension has NOT been 100% JORC'ed yet unless I am wrong? These figures could be more or less oz's but due to all the info EUA have I'm sure these figures are very close especially considering the presentation states these figures. So for that reason I stick with the 15m oz (15.5m oz from presentation) As figures to go by NOT the 40m oz figures often mentioned, this is also the figure ACF use! That doesn't mean that EUA wont use the 40m oz figure as a sales pitch, I just wish we knew what figures they use!

My point in posting this is simply this, instead of just reading peoples opinions of final sale valuation including this basic one, do a little workings out for yourself and see what you come up with, its not that hard, if I can do it then you lot can! Do not, ever, buy in just because of the "Hype" As that can loose you money!

Dont get me wrong Eddie, I have no idea what final sale price will be and I also wont be selling until we know, I would love it to be in the £'s, I just think some think its already a fact when it clearly isn't!

RESEARCH! Do this please, do not just go off what people on here say, theres a few posters on here with info that will help you realise how good EUA could be for your wealth in the very near term, to mention one for now is Mac, I think hes blocked me but look back through todays posts to find him and then click his name and use his links to do some research. (Note I said could) When you find him tell him hes a muppet for blocking me :O

Also just to p*ss people off a little more, can we dial down the euphoria until we actually know the sale price, assuming we get sold. I understand some being over the moon the sp has risen but some are acting like its done and dusted and we have been sold for over a quid or more! I've seen forums where this has happened before and then the walls come crumbling down! I feel like the teacher in the classroom who tells the kids who are all having fun to "Settle down or someone might get hurt" Cant beat a misery guts :)

I'm nervous, I cannot afford to loose money as I have things to buy but I'm not selling, I'm holding until that RNS comes which states one of two things 1) Sold for **** or 2) No sale! I personally think its 99.9% sold due to whats been mentioned here regarding the RNS's stating the laywers being brought in at this stage in the game especially on the sellers side (Thats EUA) Buyers tend to bring them in way earlier unless I'm mistaken? Which only points to one direction to me and that is a price has been agreed, the laywers will go through the figures to see of they add up and once confirmed we will be told.

I mentioned this earlier that the thing that sticks out for me the most is when the "Laywers involved" Rns came out the rise in mc in 2 weeks has been over £600m! That speaks literal volumes for me! When the signals are there is best to take note but please dont misread them.

However do not take my or anyone elses word on here, only you can decide what you want to risk, this and all other shares are just that, a risk, until we finally know the outcome, dont let anyone else fool you into thinking otherwise. Next week better hurry its ar5e up!

Just to add my post is in no way a reflection on AEXG as I know very little about the company yet, my comments were in regards to Angel Mining PLC which went bust in 2013 from what I can gather.

I remember the Angel days! Their first gold pour turned into a bloodbath as it was not what investors were hoping for! Also from what I remember they were building some sort of cable car up to the mine? Not sure if it ever got done but it was a nightmare share at the time due to the banking crisis kicking in when they needed the funding! This is bit like de ja vu! Hope AEXG manage to pull it off.
