The company doesn't seem to be doing anything to stop the rot. Go on the S4 website and look under media & news, nothing! No attempt to showcase what they're about. Nothing new. Pathetic!

this is the last place to come for financial advice. don't you know this company is going to be a cash-generating machine next year? you should be topping up mate!

i've been listening to this guff for the last two years (averaging down all the way) and am now 75% in the hole.

and before the rampers **** me off with "you need to take responsibility for your own investments", i know, i know.

Are you saying that the company is knowingly trashing it's own stock price for some nefarious reason? Or, at least, they have given up caring about the slide in the stock price. Maybe easier/cheaper to take the company private. The directors & SMS will do OK long term and the PIs carry the can short term.

Isn't this kind of thing illegal??

I'm over 70% in the hole on this. I feel such an idiot when directors in this company don't even believe in it enough to buy stock even at these prices.

This bothers me about this company. SMS is always banging on about AI and the company advertises itself as ...

"S4Capital plc is the tech-led, new age/new era digital advertising, marketing and technology services".

Who's the brains behind this? This company doesn't even seem to have a CTO (odd for a technology company). Of the 230 open reqs on Media Monks I found only one that even references AI/ML (I only gave them a cursory glance). I see SVPs on digital innovation that have degrees in Film Studies.

I'm really wondering what I've invested in. Is that BS I smell?

Can someone point me to a senior technologist in this tech led company that has an engineering degree?

Again, so what? Is this good news, bad news or what? Despite all this institutional interest the SP is still tanking.

So? There are more institutional investors. The stock price is cratering so presumably personal investors are piling for the exit. What's the conclusion here?

Question, I looked through the S4 management team and they don't seem to have a CTO. Isn't this a bit of a concern for what should be a tech-lead company??

Normally he's very active on this board. Probably got his head in his hands like the rest of us! I'm so far underwater on this stock I daren't look!

Let's put it this way, I just got back from a very nice two week family holiday in the far east. I've lost about 5 times the cost of that holiday on S4 Capital. I'm tempted to sell up and spend frivolously what I have left. I'd rather put it towards my own tan than SMS's!

Analysts say this is a Strong Buy but the market doesn't agree. 97p now. 45% down on what it was 5 years ago. What a joke!

I'm interested to see what the board thinks this company's good at. What it's smarts are? What it has that it's competitors don't?

3. Well, they do digital marketing and digital's the future

Then I'm very worried, I'll assume none of us have much of a clue and we're going to lose our shirts on this dog of a stock.
