Scinv - You seem to know about these things. How significant is it that there is still no patent for use of Interferon Beta for Covid19? Do you think there is any chance they wouldn't get it? What happens if they get EUA and there is no patent?

As a relatively novice and ill disciplined investor I am curious when people talk about price targets "I am selling at £10, £25, £50!!". Do people tend to hold firm to these price targets? I can imagine making a target and ignoring it when I reach it , in the hope for more....which leads me to another thing, can an ill disciplined investor ever be a good investor?

The opportunities for the airborne pathogen detector if it comes off will be huge. Every government will want them installed on every plane that flies in. Every hospital in the world is a potential client...every everything. I would want one in the office. Can you imagine if they are available companies not wanting to install one? Trying not to get too carried away here with the possibilities. A long way to go, but there could be gold at the end of this rainbow - right place right time.

Children mount better fevers. My son 18, was infected in November at University. I did a chart of his observations - SPO2, HR and Temp. He mounted a fever of 39C. Right after reaching this temp all his symptoms disappeared. You need the fever/interferon early. As far as I can see this is the only drug that can be given in a home setting to enable an adequate interferon response. All the monoclonal antibodies are infused.

It certainly points to SNG being the only credible show in town.....I hope we have news soon on P3 start.

Great stuff. Do we have an equivalent figure for case fatality of the older strain? A glance suggests the fatality rate might be lower? Im looking at Imperial's 1% case fatality but it really needs to be like for like.

I get it. There are some really smart people on here posting very good information. You have a club with established rules and protocols. It's annoying when someone crashes a party in full swing and needs instructions on how to dance!

Not sophisticated enough to be a shorter! I'm sorry if my post irritated. I am honestly just a newb! Sometimes a spade really is a spade. I did my own research - I could always have done more . I genuinely wanted to understand whether I was missing something. I am not a confident investor! Noix was extremely helpful and I bought more shares this morning. Yes - I suppose I'm trying to make sure that excellent safety profile of using gut bacteria doesn't make up for only moderate results. The blautix treatment only seemed to convey moderate (at best) benefits - again, I might be missing something.

I said I might be missing something. It's just that 12 subjects and less than 50% control rate didn't look too spectacular when I read it but I suppose it needs to be contectualised with the disease state of the patient - it's this bit I'm not so good at! I wanted to go "Wow" but didn't quite. I am trying to get my head around this company and wondering whether to put more money in.

Having bought relatively recently I trying to catch up! Read the brilliant blog by Trendz - thank you for your efforts. I am trying to get my head around whether probiotics as treatment for disease is a proven concept or not. Is there a body of evidence? So far what I have understood is that there are interesting correlations and suggestions in vitro or in animal models but there are precious few human studies. I have seen the results of the keyrtuda and blautix trials but though they might be encouraging don't seem ground breaking to me - maybe I am missing something. Essentially I am asking are we on the cusp of something mindbogglingly huge with this company or could these therapies fail to deliver on the hype? Any pointers gratefully received.

Sorry to butt in on the conversation. I bought in recently and only have a small stake. I am wondering whether I am missing something here? The company appear to have great tech and I was impressed that they have invested in becoming big producers of CZT. The virus detector was what brought me to them as I was wondering if anyone had come up with anything similar. All this great stuff and yet the SP has been on the slide for some time. What has been going wrong?

Same here - new in this morning minus the 00! The pathogen detection unit got me fired up - have been looking for a company who could produce such a product since the beginning of the pandemic. Could this be it?
