Have you seen that John Laing is on a shopping spree and just spent £41 million on environmental projects. They still have another £119 million to spend.... They can my Teg shares at the right price anytime..

Sorry for not replying but sadly can offer no reason why the retention. They have only said the contractor is meeting the bill for putting right the mistake. It is though taking an awful long time and they stated extra staff were drafted in to resolve it from memory.... Ano tic up..Just need to switch off and look in from time to time. They seem fairly bullish on performance this financial year. The big investors are down a packet so they need to start addressing them soonest.

PG just keeps slowly buying. He must see some hope for this.

Did they get a bargain for a quid...??? I agree with you schlepper hopefully this is the year for Teg but it all huinges on the councils and the government leaving the goal posts in place... I shall just keep holding for the next update ..

News of the payment of the outstanding retention and a takeover are about all that will move this in the next three months I fear. The next trading update may start to see a return to confidence but this is possibly now a very long term hold.. Will see if the new chairman rocks the boat about but reading the rns I feel this company is manned by ex public sector and as such they do not inspire.. They have allowed the market cap to fall to £7 million. Pathetic.

Figures as expected... Jam tmmr but will we live long enough to get a return on our investment .. That's the question... Hopeless as no option but to hold for a takeover but the big investors have too much too lose...

Over three years ago Ormonde submitted its first paperwork to obtain a permit. It has jumped through hoops, put up with birds nesting, paid money to the local council and announced it would take on at least 105 workers in a country where most have no jobs especially young people and yet still the company is working with both hands tied behind its back. Spain is as backward and its bureaucrats are as bad as many in Africa. No investors apart from those who have been daft enough to buy in are interested in whatever the company does and as such perhaps the whole fiasco should be published so others can see the incompetence of the EEC....

Now we await the permit. This deal should make the financing easier too...

Somebody has seen fit to stick a Kangol through this one heart. I would see it as a suitable recovery but in this market I value my fingers..

The spread here is so large it is putting off any new investment. The end of month results better be good or Mr Fishwick may be fish meal...
