There seems no bottom on this share at the moment. Year to date down over 80%. Dividend will have to be scrapped and it will take a very good rns to turn the tide. Still think though McColls should rise again in time..

Just google McColls on the new section... Their shops appear to be sitting ducks.

In the last 24 hours three shops have been ram raided. One McColls and to Coop. If you google new search
these events are now a daily occurrence. Our local police are really up against it not just on these but also on county lines. Our town has become a place to avoid. I have held McColls for quite some years re investing the dividends and am nursing a large loss now.
While are idiot politicians argue the people they represent are beginning to get seriously upset.

Right across my whole portfolio there is no volume today. Its like rabbits caught in the headlights. Libya has added to the poo cutbacks today which is handy. Sadly though we just keep staggering from one scare to another most of which are self inflicted. When it is like this it is best to retreat under a rock and watch..

Just looked in to a despondent board. I just cannot imagine sitting around a candle to keep warm. Investing is a very tough game at the moment. It is not fun and here are less and less ups and more and more downs. I have been turning to cash since October but still am severely exposed in some of my holdings. Trying to spot exit points is soul destroying. I have been here though before in 2008... I survived.
