Great article in The Times I read recently about GetVisibility, who Mindflair have a fair holding.

Re-rate coming in Mindflair for sure. 1.5-2p soon.

The portfolio of AI companies puts MFAI in an excellent position going forward. The GetVisibility holding alone will be worth at least twice the current market cap. Plus big uplift in September.

So that would mean a 50% uplift in Mindflair share price from this point just for that holding alone?

But the RNS stated that the investment in GV was worth £2.45m so I don’t understand what you are on about?

The June 27th RNS states the following:-

Mindflair also has a direct interest in GetVisibility and, an additional indirect interest through SV plc. The total valuation of the Company's interest in GetVisibility, held both direct and indirectly, amounts to circa £2.43 million.

I think that valuation has probably gone up substantially since The Sunday Times article.

I’ve bought a few more today as I think the mc should be double this, but wary that we have the small matter of 90 million additional shares hitting the market on Thursday.
