well, good luck if you decide to pursue such a route. i'm not sure how much specific there has actually been specifically promised that didn't happen. company saying vague things like it 'expects' , 'will explore options', 'will seek to', 'as soon as possible' etc. leaves enough room for a bus to drive through. that's why they are worded that way, sadly. anyway, best of luck here and elsewhere.

on what grounds? ... if you think there has been some kind of fraud, or misrepresentation, then i guess litigation an option tho' evidential burden can be very tricky. or some other kind of wrong-doing. but legal action not really a viable option if it's just about a company that hasn't actually managed to trade very effectively. obviously, one of the points about AIM shares is that they tend to carry higher risk than most main market companies, and are subject to fewer regulatory requirements. now that DAN is off AIM, even less requirements on them. did you have something in particular in mind that you think the company may have been at fault about? gl.

i've no special insight into it at all, but the nice pattern of director buys from several BoD members above £2 since december suggests that they agree with you. this is never going to be a particular exciting, fast moving share, but personally i appreciate the relatively stable quality of earnings in the current wobbly global environment. will under perform when stock markets are in bull mode, but good defensive stock imv.

fair enough, i'm happy to agree to disagree. i expect we might well agree that some people who post price targets tend to have more influence than some others who also make predictions. my comment was simply that like many bb rampers, quob don't usually try to offer any actual fundamental analysis or explanation of the price targets they select. ... so it comes down to a matter of trust? pis ramping and quob ramping in pump & dump style both seem like *attempted* market manipulation to me. difference is simply how often or how much each tends to work. lse bbs are full of rampy posters deluded about how influential they are. as to how successful a business man RT is, well, that's a diffferent question. he's clearly been very successful at making money for himself, by hook or by crook. that hasn't always extended to other people who invested money in his companies.

my only comment, quob putting out a price target hardly counts as quob putting out 'info' about imtk. quob have never really published any kind of rationale to justify the targets they post. -- that's not to say they might not have one, and not to say that their targets can't happen -- but just noting, their blogging behaviour has not really been that different from that of any bog standard ramper on lse bbs posting arbitrarily high share price predictions with no real attempt to offer a rationale based on any publicly accessible company fundamentals..
