? but the suspension took place on 11th feb, hardly a few months ago?

so far as i understand it, but i do not claim any special expertise
about AIM regs, the company still has to RNS all the same things
that it would ordinarily have to RNS if shares were still trading.

... suspension of trading [not equal] exemption from usual rules.

[entirely different story of course if a share delisted from AIM]

yup, they’ve been chatting to a couple of investment banks, but
they have *not* actually engaged them. good to be clear, eh?

RNS on 25th november 2019, “Clarification of Understanding
with CITIC & VTB” appears to say something rather different?

“... the Company continues to progress its conversations with CITIC, one of
China’s investment banks and VTB Capital, one of Russia’s investment banks.”

“However, as set out in the Announcement, no
engagement letter has yet been signed with the Banks ...”

i suppose a key issue is whether (A) “social media speculation” simply
referred to one particular tweet made shortly before the suspension, as
the optimists tend to think, or whether (B) it relates to a broader pattern
of behaviour shown over time & across different social media platforms
(chatboards, twitter, WhatsApp groups, group emails, etc.) with collective
effect of ramping up sentiment, as some sceptics seem to believe. in other
words, was there a single leak of some genuine, positive news about EUA,
which is taking more than seven weeks to ameliorate, or were there a series
of ‘leaks’ which were not fully based on real, underlying corporate progress?

(if the latter, then subsequent, important but different question would be,
who was responsible for such upbeat pseudo-leaks? - me, I don’t know.)

probably loads of different factors, but one
very obvious one simply that there’s been a
big rise earlier this week, it’s now friday, so
probably lots of profit takers about, plus others
who want to go into the v uncertain weekend flat.

(also, perhaps, scale of the problem
for the US becoming more visible?)

? what makes you think it is a positive development for
ADME that Zark ‘transferrred’ their shareholding to a
british virgin islands listed company two months ago?

(i suspect it is simply a way for zark to try to hide the
loss within a BVI vehicle, & help prevent ADME losses from
damaging their UK balance sheet. i wonder what transfer
value they used to book that transfer into their accounts?)

certainly expecting some kind of movement shortly,
as this company must be almost completely out of
cash and will have to do something about it very soon.

to disclose this ‘transfer’... a bit naughty.

it’s the post immediately following that one from tyler.

he highlights that usually if a suspension has been
made at the request of a company itself, the RNS
generally states that, & with a specific reason given
at/ around the same time. neither of those the case
with EUA’s suspension, took hours for the ‘reason’.

the post is still there. you don’t need to be
registered with ADVFN to read their board,
same as with LSE, you can read but not post.

yup, that’s the point jaknife was making in
his 13:51 post over on advfn’s EUA board.

the angry fellah has posted about 80 times today on the EUA board,
the vast majority of which have just been belligerent attacks against
other posters ... the last time i saw someone post so frequently on an
AIM share was davidgreece on the CTAG board (who managed almost
one hundred a day). mind you, that was while CTAG was still trading,
so there seemed more point to greaser’s endless spam, i.e. helping to
keep sp up for certain folk to offload. but here, on a suspended share?
