Jarv55, i can see that the current pump is largely driven by speculation about some kind of ceasefire in ukraine, now that trump is in power, and also speculation about sanctions (tho’ people don’t seem to be discriminating between us vs EU /UK sanctions, which may have different drivers).
but as i have stated before, in terms of underlying *value*, (rather than share price, which is a different beast, lol) i don’t think cessation of ukraine war, or sanctions changes, will make any material difference at all to the underlying value at EUA.
i think EUA hold near worthless assets that nobody wants to buy for anything other than a nugatory sum, and that’s why EUA failed to sell any assets even before the putin’s war.
EUA can’t sell its assets, it loses money when it tries to mine (hence mothballed), and it’s short on cash, having to survive on short-term loan money that will need to be refinanced by the summer in order to remain a going concern. imv, nothing about war / ceasefire in ukraine changes that.
