It’s seems they are very focused on California and this is the key news driver perhaps; First of all my apologies for the delay in replying. In relation to your comments/questions: As you am sure aware I cannot divulge any price sensitive information - either positive or adverse - to shareholders, under strict AIM and FSA regulations. This is vitally important. The lack of information since 16th May does not mean that progress has not been made - it just that there has not been a significant enough event to release to the markets. You will note that California - the key state we are focused on due to the racetrack - is much behind other States like New Jersey/Delaware in the Sports betting regulation, in addition we have a Governor election in November, which may delay things. The current Sports betting bill is still far away. So California is a very long term play albeit of course the key market for us in the USA. So all I can really say is Webis remains fully committed to its existing USA business, and the wider expansion of Sports betting in the USA, particularly California. We will update Shareholders and the market as and when we have significant news (either positive or adverse) but only then. Oilbell why do you keep spouting same rubbish about big orders and lack of shares? Look at L2 and L3, it’s clear your making it up as you go along. Volume is small as no one is selling or buying as everyone is waiting now. There are and has been no “big orders being filled” ever since you have been saying that for over a week. There is nothing untaward here at all

What has school holidays got to do with anything? I’m sure school vacation timing aren’t really a driver when your doing potential billion dollar deals. It will be done when it’s done. My theory was within the 3 months as if not they would have started with a straight 6 month period. However there could be a Number of stumbling blocks in that three month period which could delay and deal...contract terms, finance, politics. Either way we may or may not have an update at the end of the initial 3 month period, but imo this is not essential as any extension is not price sensitive as it was already announced. It’s just patience now. Good luck all

Oilbell, I agree and I have a feeling they will be fighting for the 400mil in back costs and the bod have made that clear recently that’s what they expect as a starter. I’m atill a believer that all will only revealed on granting (or otherwise) of the environmental permit but this will rise over the next few weeks imo simply on the fact people won’t risk being out given news of some form may come end of July. Potential alone will push this into the high 3s in the next few weeks. I have target of 10p on a farm in (worst case), which would be recovery of only half of back costs!

Manifesto fingers crossed! Preads I totally agree with you, all we can do is sit and wait at the moment until positive news. Who would have thought 8p plus down to this so soon. Just very odd how it’s so silent and sentiment is nowhere to be seen. Luckily I took some out here and into GGP and UKOG, so can buy back at a better rate coupled with betterment on two shares above, but I will stay on sidelines for now. Please keep up the posts tho guys this is one of the better and refreshing boards out there with great people here.
