If it’s passed at some point tomorrow imo I don’t think we will see it rns until Thursday or Friday given it won’t be “official” until council paperwork is done etc and officially approved on paper, only then I feel the rns will land. I’m also finding it odd we have very little upward movement in anticipation. Here to a blue day hopefully

I can’t see rns on the 8th it will take a day or so post approval to go via official channels and I would imagine they will need signed approval in their hand which won’t happen on the 8th. It will likely be passed pending official paperwork. Imo we may not see rns until Friday or likely early next week
