Given the daily and fairly significant rises and I’m fast succession with no look of easing up, maybe time is close and word of “deal” is around? Maybe not names but the rise just seems feels very quick and sudden when we are only a week into the extended period

The contracts and terms would be clear. No one else could come in and out bid. It will all be signed and sold before the major is even known to us. If not there is simply no point for the major having an NDA. They will not risk being put in that position.
