And looks like a date set for next hearing on the list, with no date set for next hearing. Which must be (at earliest), and very best case next week. Add a number of days for the actual hearing then Christmas...hence I can’t see any update this side of 2018 sadly.

Marinville, I didn’t dismiss R1/2, if you read my posts I’ve far from dismissed them :-) my point was (as made over the weekend), many are misreading and scared of the potential fund raise, so whilst today’s RNS was exactly what we needed, it appears my fears over the weekend was right, but it will be short lived imo. As I say, some (in my opinion ) can see the real value here whereas some are seeing the dreaded words “fund raise” but not taking the time to look at the bigger picture, hence the sells. Sentiment is a funny thing

Court room 4, 10am cayman time (1/2 day). Seems opening hearing. Looking back over other financial hearings most are 4 days plus? But the next part of the hearing is not yet scheduled, so surely we shouldn’t be expecting news this side of Christmas until settled out of court which isn’t exactly an over night procedure? Thoughts? (Sorry if it’s already been covered).

Washers, I tend to agree, but here’s the thing. Any raise (IF needed) will be post mengo, of which, if successful the share price will be double digits with ease. It’s not all about today as I have to keep saying, it’s about mengo. Forget any possibility of a raise as if Sefton is clever he will wait until end of the year. I’m not focussed on 7p today, 8p by Thursday. Mengo is what I am here for, so I take the rest as noise. If mengo comes in, then AAOG is a totally different company and proposition to the shareholders and lending institutions. Many are getting too hung up on a “possible” (not given) diluting fund raise. Got to see the wood for the treees here sometimes.

Depends if your trading or see the longer term potential. High reward low risk, but many on aim can’t hold for more than a day! Happy to hold into 2019, many here seem to be either traders or those jumping share to share. Anyone that buys in or sells on a podcast alone is naive and stupid. Research the company make your own decisions, and you will see this has the potential to be a gem in 2019

Hope’s defence could have already be filed given it’s BY the 18th. My only fear is it could drag on which won’t help anyone, certainly can’t see a resolution this side of 2018, but happy to sit and wait. It’s like a murder mystery lol

We’re there not other funds being looked at? This $50mil and $100mil transaction? News could come on top of SL JV. All I know is if you look at current mcap compared to the potential of the SL transaction (which I very much think will grow very very quickly next year), combine that with risk potential in this stock, it’s a no brainer imo and a massively undervalued stock

Day trader, trading all the same to me. Nothing wrong with it at all, howver it’s the way some do it that gets me. For me, I’m no good at it so I hold. As I say, today’s price makes no odds unless your trading. Fun will start next week and likely move into the 7p + end of the week in anticipation. If we are drilling say 70m a day (likely), we should be hitting mengo over the weekend, so I certainly wouldn’t want to be out come next week

They only got it right as they are day traders. Today’s, tomorrow’s, the next day price makes no odds. It’s the price after mengo I’m interested in, so switch off and come back next week is my opinion

Puddy that’s a fair point, my gut feeling is I would have thought any out or court settlement would have been worked prior to 18th, it not just to save legal costs. If I were them I would file a defence (my best case scenario I win), but then start negotiating out of court options post defence depending how the courts start to look at it. Personally, I can’t see much news until Q1 19, but of course none of us really know. All the best

Question....do we think we will get an RNS tomorrow given the deadline or silence until some form of news. Maybe when a they have or haven’t filled a defence RNS tomorrow?
