I was under the impression that if a company is loss making they can receive 27p in the pound of their R&D spend from the government , I might be wrong .

Wellsite that may may well be true but pxs has been getting R&D tax credits from the U.K. gov . In the last interims it was £16k but the amount last year was £59k so not a small amount , https://www.gov.uk/guidance/corporation-tax-research-and-development-rd-relief

I’m now assuming that the DSM stock has been paid for ! so about £200k was found from income , I know little about running a company but am I right in saying that since the money bought stock for resale it is free from uk tax . Anyone with more knowledge care to comment ?

18 x earnings ! With pxs possibly already earning the low millions£ , makes you think about the comment “substantial multiples of present revenue “ when By health launch . Of course lots could go wrong and the lack of news is a little concerning to me .

Thanks gixer , so I think you worked out you worked out pxs have about 3666 kg And probably about the same amount that still hold , all to be used by August 24 if they don’t get the extention they are looking for ,mm

Hi gixer Can you remind me of the cost to produce ff and what it sells for , I know you have posted this info before but it seems more relevant to know now we have control of the production line , we also know stock numbers for the next year so we could maybe have an idea of income for the next year , .many thanks

The September update will only show 2 months of full trading because the delay in transferring of stock till February , i’m not expecting too much enhanced revenue until the interims in December which will show the full 6 months of trading after the transfer .imho

I’ve been under the impression that the % split was 60/40 or 70/30 in favour of DSM , im now of the opinion it may have been as low as 20/80 ,which makes the new agreement all the more beneficial to pxs .

Does sound like they were screwing us over and they would have been happy for the aa to carry on indefinitely ,maybe DSM were earning more from ff than we imaging hopefully we will find out soon .

I wonder if Unilever or Coca Cola ace reps there !
