- Technical Guideline for Evaluation and Testing of Health Food Functions (2023)

- Ethical Review Guideline for Health Food Human Consumption Test (2023)

- Interpretations on Health Function Catalogue Allowed for Health Food Claims Non-Nutrient Supplement (2023) and Its Supportive Documents

Provexis PLC - Reading, England-based producer of heart-health functional food ingredient Fruitflow - Says China-based Byhealth Co Ltd has submitted an application to the State Administration for Market Regulation for a new permitted health function claim for Frutiflow in China. Say the claim states that Frutiflow helps to "maintain normal platelet aggregation function and benefit blood flow health." Notes Byhealth approval could bring significant orders for the food product in China. Adds it has been working with Byhealth for more than six years to assist in the launch of Fruitflow-based products in China.

The deal with By health is that everything they sell in “The territories “ W heather it is 1 product or 50 products. Pxs will supply them with the quantity of ff they require . NOt a % of sales
