As it’s a bit slow at the moment thought I’d look up SAMR registration timeframe again , it seems that it can take anywhere from 3 months to 18 months for most approvals ,we are already at 14/15 months .

Admittedly we are seeking a new function claim at the same time , but you would think it was in the interest of the Chinese authorities to push this through now .

Maybe you’re right , it still seems to me that Dsm would use their existing stock to cover the pre mix sales that they must surely be having , I suppose the premixes must be stocked as well ,so can’t be sold as raw ff . like you wtfdik .

As at Sept 22. Dsm held over € 1 m of ff. Pxs has already purchased €750 k worth ,

Also that original Dsm stock is probably 3 years old now ,and I dare say Dsm have sold stock themselves , there can be very little left of that stock .

It seems to me Pxs and Dsm will require a new run of ff to satisfy existing and new orders for 2025 .

It’s starting to feel like the lack of news that has left the SP where it is today suggest that a placing of under .5 p is on the cards , as stated this will be open to only a few select investors .

Anyone else feel the Bod have led us to this place on purpose !

it is likely we will need another £1m for a substantial new run of ff ! this will require giving away possibly another 10% of the company to probably existing large shareholders, this would make any attempt to take the company private a huge step forward.

I hope I am wrong on this ,but with lack of transparency does seem to point in that direction, the SAMR approval would help the sp recover but that could be months away yet .

so on a positive note the new batch of ff must have nearly been exhausted if they are now saying a significant outlay is needed for a new batch to fulfill demand , unless that is for another market (China) which would mean BH are about to order a large amount .

Hopefully more will become clear at the AGM .

My problem with the accounts is at the H1 results they stated £388k + £270 k and £320k being processed, so they. Only processed about £60k of that with 3 months of the year still remaining ! Something doesn’t add up !!
