Looks like they’re willing to use multinational companies,I wonder if they need to produce it themselves as I don’t think Pxs could cope with huge orders .

Can we all stop this ridiculous argument about fish smells , I’ve asked my grown up children to tell me what they can smell from the capsules and they have said there’s no smell from them , I know with age sometimes our senses play tricks on us .

Went into my local H&B couldn’t see pump on the shelves , I asked the assistant and she said it sells out very quickly, hopefully replicated across all their outlets .

Absolutely no difference in taste or smell. , just an old grump for some reason trying to get the sp down ,very odd behaviour for a so called holder .

With the bod looking for clarity for 24 months ahead , surely BH must be looking at launching products in that time , also Dsm could be launching gut health products in that timescale , if the bod want this next run to cover that eventuality it must be a substantial batch .

i do worry that funding could again become an issue in the short term , as people have stated there are ways to avoid a huge placing or even worse a bank loan , let’s hope IF will let us know soon .

besides my concerns I am very positive about the future of Pxs it’s just a short term problem which when passed will see us on a different trajectory. Imo

In November 2024, SAMR issued a guideline detailing the renewal process for "double-no" health foods—those lacking effective periods or product technical requirements. This policy has clarified the renewal process, and 2025 is expected to see a surge in applications from companies holding such health food approvals.

Diversification of Dosage Forms for Notified Health Food

In October 2024, SAMR proposed expanding the scope of permitted dosage forms for notified health foods to include candy products (such as candy, chocolate, and jelly) and beverages. This initiative signals that these new forms could soon be added to the filing directory, potentially leading to a wave of filings for these products.

New Functional Claims on the Horizon

In 2023, the first new functional claim application was submitted for health foods supporting normal platelet aggregation and healthy blood flow. Recently, SAMR completed its first technical review of such a claim, raising hopes for the approval of new functional claims in 2025.

The Chinese government continues to foster innovation in health food functionality, prompting many companies to prepare applications for new functional claims.

Technical Assessment

SAMR’s National Food Evaluation Center will conduct technical assessments based on specific criteria, including health function names, explanations, mechanisms, research reports, evaluation methods, comparative studies, and scientific literature. Proposals are either recommended for inclusion in the Health Function Catalog or deemed unsuitable.

But who knows how much of the company he might be offered in the upcoming funding round , never rule anything out !,

All valid scenarios, what I do hope in the event of an offer is that the LTHs are fairly treated many of whom have supported the company through some dodgy times and at great financial risk to themselves and their families, because they believe in the product, most of those are still under water and bought way above today’s price .

so whatever is going on I hope all shareholders are taken into account not just the ones with 3% or more of the company .

And just a few days ago they stated “ . The Company and BYHEALTH remain in close and constructive dialogue, at a high level.”

Something they have never said before .!
