I think you are right but I the announcement we also need to know of aJV or a JV to be announced. Otherwise the sp will rocket and then everyone will take profits.So let's hope BA is getting is ducks lined up.

A bit disappointed by the market response, but I don't mind if the sp stays around this price so I can increase my holding on pay day.

Pain now for gain latter. In the US this has gone red. This is more dilution and the sp will fo down. You do need to pay for talent though, a better strategy however would have been to cash in btc and buy shares to give ro the non execs. It is totally legitimate. Money raised on the NASDAQ IPO should have been for fitting out Texas only.

PW is right to attract talent in the US market and go on NASDAQ, you do have to offer equity. The more significant thing about this GM is that it is the 2nd of September. So it is unlikely that any NASDAQ listing will happen before then!

I also think it's down to the pandemic investors going back to work. HL shares plunged the other day because the number of investors had drastically reduce, the LSE boards are a lot quiieter (posts have dropped by 30%) and share prices are less volatile and based on fundamentals.

I think that the comments are valid and I understand that it is unlikely to happen. I however am going to abide by the rules and all serious investors should also try. The fudders and derampers will soon get bored if no one responds.

I hope we can all agree the quality of this board, the personal insults and lack of in formation could potentially drive investors away.
Therfore I would like to propose a charter with a set of guidelines.
1. Do not respond to to personal insults/ obvious deramping.
2. Use the bb to share information about btc or things that will impact the sp.
3. Use links when possible do not make unsubstantiated claims.
4. The Discord private gp should be welcomed back to the bb.
5. Do not get into bickering between pi's refrain from commenting if necessary.
Our objective should be to make this the best bb on LSE.
There have been a lot of mindless comments and interactions on this bb whilst the sp has gone sideways. As investors we should all want the sp to increase . What other rules do the participants on this bb suggest?

These are bargain basement prices have no more money until pay day though. You will multibag from here, with patience and when btc smashes the 48500k resistance.
