@MarshallSteve, no I am not saying that. Just my musings out loud. I think we will have to wait for the unsuspension and on until the securitistions materialise. I don't think RC would have bothered communicating with shareholders if that was it.

Not sure it was incompetent because you can do an account audit in less than a week for listed companies. This was just an excuse. Kozzi is right more likely to be with the securitisarions not materalising. However also not sure if they will ever materialise so not sure if the suspension will be lifted. Or if its was the intention to spike the share price and then suspend after receiving the monies. If this is the case not sure why you would engage with shareholders, update website or issue a RNS since.

@Writhty, I over read RNS's and set deadlines because I can not believe that a competent CEO would forget or be unable to submit the accounts. The deadlines are my way of pretending that I didn't fall for a scam, but unfortunately that's what it is or a incompetent badly run company.

The thing I do not get is why say something, when you do not have to? If he hadn't released the RNS no one would be calling him out now.

Wish this license would land now, bored of waiting. It has taught me though is that CEO's say words like imminent and soon and actually mean within the next year. I do enjoy Rcky saying bellzone though in every Post! Hopefully it will help in keeping the price down so I can buy more shares at this knock off price.

It does give RC wriggle room. As does the statement about account progress. It does not say that the suspension will be lifted after 21 days but that the accounts should be completed within 21 days and does not specify if these are working days or calendar days. I think we should prepare for the worse but hope for the best.

The Mali repository is updated every Sunday. What comes first the repository update or an announcement to the market? If the repository is updated, then BA has to issue an RNS, could this be a Sunday? Or would he announce it before update?

I think the 1p exodus will depend. If BA says "KOD are pleased to announce a mining Licence has been granted by the Mali government and we have a firm JV offer and other interested parties are also putting in offers. We are also pleased to to give an initial NAV project of 4 billion pounds... I am not sure the exodus will take place :D

@Snowking why would you leave us in the dark unless it's fits your agenda? We did not get any heads up on the placing. This is probably something you did know but you left us in the dark. It probably suited your agenda to buy new shares afterwards. By saying you will not make any comments until it is much higher is telling. I predict news in September which will increase the sp, you will make a comment about how good it is and there will another placing. So expect you to post back in October before the next placing. I don't feel I am missing out on secrets because you never actually reveal any.

Has the ming licence repository been updated today showing the ML or is it still a dispository? ;)

I plan to check in next on the 24th, the date specified on the RNS and then Saturday morning weekly. I think it will be back end of September.

@Snowking. How do you have more shares than ever? Did you sell just before the placing, after ramping and then buy them back or did you buy some after being notified of the placing. No one needs to trade if they have inside information or enough shares timanipulate the sp.

I am not a fan of Dazza and disagreed with most of what he said, but no one should be banned for being argumentative. If you disagree with him, you should just ignore him.
