Hi All. The volatility today shows that the banks are desperate to keep gold below $2200/oz. $60 up then $40 down in just over 24hrs. Not sure that Actus are worried here but over on the Comex the shorts are in big trouble. Next stop $2300/oz by end of month? ATB Speedy

I think you have the wrong end of the stick. Assets priced in fiat will not be worthless its just the fiat that is worthless. However, derivatives priced in fiat are already worthless apart from the greater fool game. ATB Speedy.

Hi Dillon. The big issue is DEBT. The smart/big money is stacking gold. Fiat has seen its day and the banks are loosing control of the paper market due to physical demand. The collapse of the derivative market will see even the big banks fail. I wonder why JPM are now the biggest holders of PMs in world history, for a private enterprise.

This bull run is going parabolic and will reach highs that are unimaginable today, its just a question of how long. ATB Speedy

Hi Macro. Bitcoin Etc, is not my realm, gold is. The crazy price swings must be off putting. In all my years of "investment watching" i cannot recall such volatility. Is it just because of manipulation or are their other factors? Genuine question. ATB Speedy

Hi All. We are all aware of the manipulation in the gold market but what is going on in the Bitcoin market is off the scale. One exchange saw the price crash from over $60k/coin to around $8k/coin (no typo) it did rebound but WTF. I expect smart/big bitcoin investors to start taking profits in ever increasing numbers. Hi MH01. There is quite a large sell off of Bitcoin over the last few days. Wonder where all the profits will be going? With the general stock market looking very frothy and gold holding gains we will not be waiting too long to see the rush into the PMs space with miners offering massive returns. Hi All. The PM space has been manipulated and distorted for decades. Anyone who thinks different is deluded. The evidence is all around with culprits fined a pittance. The big lie at the moment is the drop in ETF gold holdings (not that most hold any) The banks want you to think the drop is due to investors leaving the market but the truth is the dealers are withdrawing gold from the paper market by standing for physical delivery. Gold is wanted and this will soon be shown in the mining sector as investors see through the smoke and mirrors. ATB Speedy

His biggest results have come from detecting around long lost Roman forts and Roman side roads (no banks then so wealth was buried) His collection of gold coins is very impressive, nor sure about the legality of it. When gold enters the mania stage (800% up from here?) Lets be conservative and say $5000/oz in a few years also adjust the AISC down to $600/oz to reflect efficiencies with Telfer ownership and the FCF looks as big as Hav. ATB Speedy
