Hi All. we all know what is needed, how to go about it is another story. Share soc is a good start. Force a EGM, remove the BODs (keep the project managers and sales force) Remove JPM as fin adv, put the construction process on hold to preserve funds, Raise the £600mil with a share offer @5.5p or less, Derisk the project to allow funding via a 10% or less bond. Hi Long. I posted here several days ago that the mine should be put on hold, the BOD replaced, JPM removed from their position as financial advisers. New funds should be raised to derisk the project and then raise debt to finish the project. I am not in a position to say how this should be done but it most certainly should be done. Speedy.

Hi Long. I have already posted on here that my£30k is ready to go towards a fund raise. I wonder how many others would commit @4p. I would truly like this to happen and see JPM and friends get a slapped face. It is a long shot but not impossible to raise £500mil to carry on and de risk to a position that funding can be obtained at a reasonable rate. One caveat would be that CF and gang are not on the BODs and JPM are replaced as financial advisers. My bet would be that ICL would come on board. Now wouldnt that be a turn round. Speedy
