So we agree that AB will not willingly lie as well as AB will also ignore known risk (timing of incoming funds)

Side point-both the US and Canadian regulatory bodies require risk disclosure which seems to be sorely lacking on AIM perhaps AB is simply unaware that risks exists or how to mitigate risks. Not a pleasant comment now that I have written it

IMO RRR (or any venture or exploration company) is recommendable only to people with high tolerance to risk and ability to lose their investment. To me its risk vs reward

For many firms anything that is not US Fortune 500 is not a recommendable investment.

No matter how much you believe or want something to happen there is always risk. IMO RRR has too many project in too many countries to adequately assess or manage risk. I suspect AB was told (probably multiple times) that the DRC cash would soon happen. AB wants it so bad that he believes it. Were those credible sources? I dont know, Was it the same source telling AB on those multiple occasions that DRC cash was imminent? at what does your credible source is no longer credible

In my experience in foreign countries all too often the in country sources tells the foreigner what they want to hear so they keep getting paid

I have commented on this before. RRR operated the business AS IF that was true by picking up additional properties in different countries and IMO RRR should have waited until DRC funds were received and until ELEP IPO actually happened

I am 100% accurate in making decisions with hindsight, although others can make the same claim.

Helpfull- I dont even see the basis to pursue a claim against a Canadian citizen buying shares from a Canadian broker. I dont even see how they could discover such holdings without potentially violating Canadian law (violation of privacy etc) even if they had such ground to obtain such information such actions would very time consuming. It would have to be a global understanding with co operation ever country which has brokerage firms.

Banbury- re-Holding RNS I have no information to know if anything needs to be filed. Both RRR and people buying the shares are aware of their legal responsibilities as well as the negative consequences which could happen if those requirements are not met

If you have any information regarding non compliance then you (or anyone else having such information) should be bring it to the attention of the proper authorities.

Yes Court case was won so RRR has a judgement against the company which has no cash in the bank because the people behind the fraud took it as soon as they got. Thus back to the arbitration case when is still 'imminent' so the written award can be presented to a company who is holding the balance of the sales price.

Winning the court battle simply proved RRR was right and the property was taken from a JV without any compensation to RRR

Banbury-"conned' out of asset in Congo- The use of the word 'conned' implies that RRR/AB had an active role. This is dramatically different than RRR/AB who have stated that the asset was 'stolen'

Please be clear if you are stating that RRR/AB were involved in the transfer of assets out of RRR
