RE: Review14 Dec 2023 17:24
Zumore Congo is a literally a jungle. Toss aside any expectation of a UK/Canada/US legal system with rules and procedures (which for the rich and powerful can be ignored but lets set that aside). AB is saying he expected a resolution by Christmas (he also said he expected it other times as well so clear pieces and people are moving) Now the parties making this happen are saying WOW the election is close let postpone this until after the election- that means Janaury then from the time the decision is handed down (Jan) how much time get all the stamps etc, convey that information to the party who will actually transfer the money (its not like they are waiting around with nothing to do)..
All of the above is plausible. It it the 'truth'? -unknown Will actually happen in January (or is this just another delay)-also unknown.
However I believe this is the first time (I believe) that RRR has actually put a time frame in an RNS.
Again I bought early last year expecting any cash payment would take a minimum of 2 years. I am right on track.
However I was dreadfully wrong thinking RRR would wait until actually receiving funds before committing to other projects. The share dilution has been terrible and my upside reduced as a result. However the upside is still there and personally I believe their approach with lithium exports and alluvial gold production makes sense given their capital resources
What is remarkable is that RRR found out about the delay and was immediately able to raise a significant amount of money -no doubt, in part, to satisfy the auditors concern about a an ongoing business. So the oft mentioned delisting, on this chat board, will not happen
