1) Bill Gates is worth a lot of money. Someone close to RRR knows Bill Gates.

2) Berkshire Hathaway is a very large public company, its worth BILLIONS. We know someone who might know them.

3) RRR will be getting property next to Fort Know (very gold amount there). RRR will be worth a lot of money

I am just being helpful by posting these FACTS which could be very material to RRR

Banbury I remember Helpful's posts on ALR (lithium) and the millions that were offered but rejected as too low.

Not sure what his share would be their total investment was about $320,000.

Theeduke-Agreed. Helpful either does not read or does not understand what should be basic management principles.

Unfortunately some people & governments act as if spending money is not positive. Choices have to be made.

These properties (and others) absolutely have value and that value will not disappear in 30-45 days by waiting for the DRC cash.

Planting seeds and making them grow is great but harvesting has to happen too, otherwise your crop just rots in the field.

Helpful-thats a cop out. You may have knowledge of something but unless it is used then it is worse than being useless and certainly NOT HELPFUL

Even if you are an insider you could respond, This is a fundamental issue of fundamental issue of financial management and how funds are allocated.

every company has limited funds for projects/investments. This is true even for Bershire Hathaway (CEO Warren Buffet)

Helpful please my posts. I am not disagreeing that this is value. Lots of things have value but just because RRR can do something does not mean that they should.

Issue (please respond) Should RRR raise money now to spend on other project (creating value) or wait for DRC cash and then spend that DRC cash to create value?

RRR spends money on multiple projects IMO thats the problem

-Lithium got that 110,000

then multiple teams were sent out for Burkina Faso

-brief mention of sending a ball mill to one property (probably small and that is certainly not free

-costs for sampling etc etc etc

then spending for the Ivory Coast

Kenya licenses being renewed

and thats just off the top of my head from recent RRR interviews

Helplful future theoretical deals are great. RRR should thousands of those deals. totally agree

But meanwhile RRR has a choice---dilute existing shareholders to raise cash for future theoritical deal or 2) wait for DRC cash and then do that future theoretical deal.

Should RRR wait say for 30 days? or will that future thoeratical deal still be available in 30 days?

Can the paper (shares) in the future theocratical deal be sold for cash to fund RRR?

Helpful yes money comes into the junior mining sector and this includes RRR which has raised money.

I would call this a 'trickle'. Plus I have no doubt that RRR can issue more shares and raise more cash

So say RRR duplicates Tuaco and raises $3.75 million at same price at the Dec 2023 placing. Roughly this means RRR issuing 3.9 billion shares which more than doubles their current 3.3 billion

Is that a good move for RRR? In other words just because something is possible (and even profitable) does not make a good management decision.

Personally I continue to believe that its best to reduce spending and wait until DRC cash happens

The RNS is relevant in the sense that RRR acquire more gold licenses. If it takes 2 years to get a license then others should be interested. But as I have said for over a year I dont see money flowing into the junior gold sector and until it does it will be difficult to find a JV to spend money on itl. i do like the approach of starting plcer/alluvial production.

However all of that is in isolation to RRR's continued wait for cash from DRC. To fund these projects (no matter how good) means more shares will be issued to fund these projects. Overall this is not good corporate management

For over a year AB continue to commit to spend funds BEFORE the DRC cash actually arrives, I hope DRC cash arrives soon otherwise there will be another share placing at these levels. I

If I were a suspicious person (which I am) there is a line of reasoning which goes like this

AB has confidence (or knowledge however you want to phrase it certainly for than most shareholders). I think everyone would agree that if DRC cash come then RRR share price will go much higher thus more RRR/AB might have an incentive to place shares at current levels then let DRC happen and sell shares recently purchased at a nice little profit.

If RRR does another placing and the DRC cash does not arrive then AB spends money like a drunken sailor on shore leave

Stockbox-interesting. DRC award was ready to be announced however AB does not explicitly state it was signed.

DRC cash in 'days' sounds nice but there is no specific. That statement would be true if it was 7 days or 700 days.

This time does appear to be different but given AB's history I dont think the market will react much until the award is actually announced. Personally I still think it will take about 30-45 days to get the funds out just because money has to be transfered between accounts and between companies

A smart move to pivot away from Lithium when prices crashed. Destination port was Beira (hindsight) and not China as many were speculating. This is the fault of lack of clarity of RNS issued by RRR

Short term focus remains on DRC cash-will it be released & sent or another funding happen and 'put to good use' as RRR stated in their 20234shareholder letter and 2024 AGM

Chatty I doubt you need reminding,. What ever the answers to those questions has no direct relevance to the DRC cash (other than the issue of AB's credibility) ,

The DRC president was re-elected and now has been sworn into his second term last Saturday.

Will the funds be release and sent or will there another delay (with total loss of whatever credibility AB has left)
