Banbury Not sure how it works in the UK but in Canada if I hold options or warrants then I can sell shares and the brokerage firm will convert those options/warrants into shares to cover my sale and it is not treated as a short sale.

so if RRR does not have authorization now then they will after the AGM and then those shares can be issue to cover what has already been sold. If my musing (aka speculation lol) is accurate then an RNS will be issued after the auhtoirzation

Babury Are you sure RRR lacked the authority? The Nov 23 meeting authorized 1 B (I think) the PPP was 666m plus another small placement.

IMO this fits with recent selling- bit at .06 sell at .1 its a nice little profit in 2 months

Gordon -why raise money if DRC lands first -IMO the D/RC will not arrive fast enough to pay bills nor fast enough to invest in new deal

While I agree with your implicit observation that waiting for DRC funds is the best course of action. I dont think AB manages RRR with that in mind. His preference to take on new projects with a preference to new countries and targeting something new. I hope I am wrong on this

Gordon- The meeting was yesterday (Tuesday) if all parties agreed, then I would imagine AB is on his way to DRC to confirm and get payment and then transfer funds out of DRC back to the UK. Given the significance of news I would think AB would want definitive confirmation (whatever that might be from the DRC)

Juno IPO -- certainly good news for RRR when/if it happens. Hope it fairs better than the IPO for Australia and Elephant Oil

Why $250k because RRR will raise about 500K to 750K while they wait for DRC cash and it needs to be big enough to be promotable while RRR pivot into something new. Most likely it also be in a new country because AB like different interest in different countries

Banbury Unfortunately I mostly agree. I see 750m shares at 9.5. and DRC cash to RRR (in about 2 months) IF everyone still wants to do it. Meanwhile RRR has to keep spending money with at least at 250k deposit on an Oil & gas deal within 30 days

Robins A meeting amongst nearby property owners would make sense but can it proven in a court of law. I suspect the answer is yes and if so then you have damages and perhaps punitive damages (done with intent) as defined under the law.

I hope RRR can add to the damage calculation the additional share dilution which would not have taken place

IMO the future legal case boils down to this:

Did Glencore have knowledge that RRR owned a 50% interest in the claims being sold. There is no doubt that title was held in the name of VUP. I also suspect that at that time VUP told Gicamines (sp?) that they owned 100% (a fraudulent stmt already proven in court with the $2.5 m decision)

Banbury I agree with your calculation, in addition to the actual cash is now the next step of the litigation comes into play for much much higher numbers. I would plan on that taking just as long as this process, if not longer.

What is nice is if the new consultant can help spread the word to a new audience

Kenya would not renew the licenses. AB litigated (took years) and was eventually successful.

I always thought RRR should wait for DRC cash. IMO it is involved in too many different projects, different minerals and in different countries. Bell was so eager to get more projects (there always projects available). I dont know why since it was not boom times for the junior mining sector.

AB thought and acted as if the DRC money was "soon' which is strange given his experience in Africa (like Kenya), nothing is soon anywhere in the world even Canada and the UK. Worse he keeps acting that way by sending in multiple exploration teams to Burkina Faso In December. Seriously why the rush (particularly during the Christmas and New Years Holiday)?

Why not wait until at least January or better yet until the DRC cash was actually received.

Supposedly the $15 million cash is being held and wont be disbursed until there is a signed Arbitration Award which is also agreed to and signed by both VUP and RRR. So in theory both have an incentive to act An additional $2.5 million was awarded to RRR as result of VUP receiving the first $5 million payment. I suspect that money is long gone and the only way to collect is take away from Vup''s 50% share of the $15 million being held. I suspect the sticking point in writing of the Arbitration Award would if there is any conditions on the $15 million (meaning does RRR get an additional $2.5 million now or does it have to try to collect from VUP (never going to happen)

bottom line- Is any of the Congo cash narrative real?

**Can AB/RRR actually put together a serious mining project that they control if not pivot to Oil & Gas and take an non operator role and let a technical team put it into production BTW I dont see the new consultant adding depth to mining team to place any mining project into production
