News 1-What evidence to you have that AIM regulations are being violated

2- what legal authority does AIM have over non UK residents who post about RRR?

I should point out that according to this website there no reported reported shorts on March 5, 2024 nor I have ever seen any shorts (however I note that I do not check that on a regular basis)

Please explain your concern about postings on this board (see above points) and the lack of any reported short positions

Welcome to the beginning of a precious metals bull market.

Sentiment in the toilet, miners completely distressed, overall capital spending at unprecedented low levels, historically suppressed implied volatility, gold-to-silver ratio at 90, central banks accumulating the metal at record pace, overwhelming levels of debt worldwide, marginal new gold discoveries, quality of existing reserves deteriorating, etc.

Gold is showing the way, but silver and miners should take the leadership.

Several have commented IUnder topic DRC payment??) about higher gold price and weaker RRR share price

so I thought I would start a new thread and lead with some observations

observations

1-owning/buying gold is the same as owning/buying gold stocks

2-not all gold stocks are equal- a- Producers major producer then other producers, b-gold in development-companies that are placing properties into production c-gold exploration- companies which have defined resource and those that dont

3- RRR is in the last category with some gold properties with a defined resource (Migori) and then other properties which do not

4=RRR has other assets which are not gold

In general a higher gold price will first left the major producers and then a time lag the others gold stock will follow in various degrees and in different time frame.

The major producers are the best known to the investing public so of course they will move first.

If you did a review of the RNS made by RRR in past 12-18 months how many dealt with gold? what was the company's focus? gold or something else? If answered honestly most should answer something else, which should help explain why RRR share price has not reacted to higher gold prices.

I should also point I am aware of numerous publicly traded Canadian gold explorations companies whose share prices have not increased either and their sole focus has been on gold. Several with defined gold resources with fully current and compliant technical reports (NI 43-101)

Banbury lots of positive outcomes but not the one I am hoping for (cash from Congo)

-Kenya licenses successfully re obtained

-multiple licenses granted in different countries

-multiple permits obtained in different countries for different exploration programs

-successful litigation in DRC for $2.5 million

-conclusion of arbitration hearings in DRC which now await the issuance of the decision

In sales meeting I heard that it took a 100 leads to make just one sale. Of course that mean failure occurred 99 times.

If any one knew the 1 success then all those failure would be eliminated but of course no one know before hand where the success might come from

I disagree with what RRR has been doing (better to have waited the past 2 years than get into new projects) but I understand the approach

News it would have been shorter just to write that you agree with me

A settlement, by definition, will not be close to the loss (as shown by news). Perhaps if it went to trial etc. The early the settlement the larger the discount

Its a nice story but the DRC cash needs to happen before. IMO

Certainly large numbers which does not include additional damages, lost profits and perhaps taxes to be paid on the settlement

on point 3- Funding is easier not only for RRR but other companies as well who can then use those funds to JV on RRR gold properties

The gold price is up $32 as I write this and see reports that Bitcoin (which I do not follow) is reaching all time highs as well

Theeduke-Thank you for the kind words. I recognize people will have different viewpoints and I welcome diversity of thought. I do take strong exception with someone claiming I wrote something when clearly I did not. I try to deal with reality and my perception of that reality may be different from someone else. Even words may have different meaning or context to others particularly on stock forum available on the world wide web.

Even Helpful did not do what News has done.

My point was RRR can process tonnes of material but will there sufficient gold to make it worthwhile.

RRR found lithium but not high enough grade to make it profitable. Maybe the lithium price will continue to increase high enough to make it profitable.

Now it gold processing which also has unknowns

I have actually read the RNS and news about Bilbale and recognize they reported some gold assays results. How many samples did not have gold? unknown Is the gold mineralization connected? unknown

I point this out to offset some comments that suggest its time to start calculating how much cash will be generated.

IMO Its too soon to tell.

News re: gold at Bibale

RRR has announced some exploration results with gold but at this point it is unknown if that gold is of sufficient grade and quantity to support an economical operation. The proposed plan will go along way towards providing that information.

However that is long way from what Helpful was saying.

Checking legal files in Kinshasa- I have no doubt that RRR would announce if the arbitration process was concluded. So NO I will not fly there to confirm that it has not been done. No point.

Property visits- Again no point. First just because someone is a shareholder does not give them right to gain access to a property. I also believe that if RRR had additional information beyond limited drilling results and rock chip samples it would be released. if RRR had a mineral resource estimate then it would be released so there is no point in anyone visiting a property to confirm that it does not exist

PS If you owned stock in Microsoft do you think they would let you view the source code?

NB the name of the property is "Bilbale" which is important if anyone is planning a property visit

TheeDuke the change happened about 1 year before. Also remember government changes in regulation never happen in vacuum. Proposed changes are announced, debated, changed, etc.

Making excuses just look bad

1-that is a very wide range

2) # of 40 ton trucks needed- say 4 round trips per truck so each truck can handle 160 ton per hour -so total of8 truck needed

3- # of people 8 drivers, 1 mechanic, 1 for front end loader , 1 excavator, 2 for wash plant, 1 shift manager, 1 plant manager and 1 general manager, then say 8 security guards, 1 cook total people 24 people

This only for one shift, no time off, no replacements available if someone is sick or has time off

Like RRR asked I am thinking about this and watching the Lithium exports

IMO RRR is better off waiting for the Congo cash

so would you hire that many people if you test processing?

Zumore totally agree- Helpful just spouts nonsense creating unrealistic goals and objectives which can not be met by RRR.

IMO this is very damaging to RRR. Helpful might create short volume but if people buy based on his comments then they will be disappoint in 30 days or less and sell

Banbury Its just a wash plant. dump material into an elevated bucket which is then fed into conveyor and sprayed with water. It is elevated so the water goes down hill. Alluvial contains placer gold which is separated by gravity. The bottom of conveyor belt has a mat to capture the gold, then there is screen on top of that, the dirt and rocks get washed down

In addition to the wash plant, an excavator, front end loader. dump truck are the other pieces of equipment. Compared to hard rock mining it is not capital intensive and they can get going fast.
