Did anyone attend this meeting? if yes what was said?

News- AGM I dont know how UK AGM's are conducted. The standard legal advice provide to the companies I was associated with was-"Great question However we can not answer that question at this time because it would contain material price sensitive information however we will release the answer to your question (and others) in a new release as soon as practical"

Please post if any comments were made by RRR

News I have attended mutltiple AGM's (and even conducted such meetings) they are useless if the objective is to obtain information

Note Public companies have an obligation to disclose material information to the PUBLIC which is done via news releases (RNS) and filing requirements. Any meeting no matter how large does not meet that obligation.

Example-It was routine for the corporate attorney to set in on the AGM. If something was said during that meeting which was material we would have to issue a news release disclosing such information to the public

RichyRich1 I share your frustration. I invested 2 years ago because of the DRC cash. I have posted numerous times that RRR should have simply waited until the cash was actually received as opposed to getting into new deals (there are always new deals to do) this includes lithium as well as the West African gold licenses.

Helpful (for whatever his reasons) like to post information which he believes is relevant, even if this means posting information which is months old.

IMO that information is distracting from what IMO is the key issue-Is the DRC cash coming? IMO everything is just noise

You decide what is relevant to you so if knowing how RRR intends to fund those West Aftican gold exploration costs by all means ask the question but I suspect you knew the answer and thought Helpful would engage in relevant communication (IMO he wont)

Richy If the objective of your post is to find out how this project can be funded. Then read my post which I repeat below:

3) RRR sell off other assets

4) RRR issues more shares

Since RRR has already announced they are seeking partners then for now the plan would be option 2

If you post for other reasons then the actual possibilities then so be it

Helpful I read that material and know that it was Mr.Carp. My question was Why did RRR donate this large amount to charity? was that part of the agreement. Normally in Canada companies which lose money (like RRR has historically lost money) it is not proper to made charitable donations

So I am curious why?

Why was the 'large' damage paid by Lundy donated to charity? Who was damaged? AB or RRR or both?

Why didn't RRR keep the funds?

RRR has demonstrated capability of a- putting rocks in bag b-putting bags in truck c-driving truck to another location

e-unloading bags from truck into storage

If that is the measurement of success for RRR then IMO that measurement is set too low

Using your definition there has been no export since the clear intent was to sell to China. At best it would 'in process'

They could have left in bags and not sent one truck load

Snide comment about this sentence

This implies that RRR looks at project which are NOT even potentially cash flow generative"

Why would anyone acquire those types of projecta?

Helpful -nothing new about "Pre-IPO and IPO in Australia." RRR has been saying that for at least a year .

Maidit DRC Agreed the RNS does give the impressions something is close to happening

Banbury Lithium no update is needed. AB/RRR have already stated that the lithium remains at the port and will remain there until the prices improve which is not expected until late Spring at the earliest

Agreed about Burkina Faso where RRR sent 3 teams in December and was looking to put a placer operation into production

Banbury "5 Chinese buyers' It is critical to read the actual RNS that RRR issues. In this case it was described as a meeting.

It was the rampers who pumped it into something that it was not. Meetings are a dime a dozen. AB could have a meeting with (insert name of rich person) or a fund (insert name of any fund) but a meeting could be anything.

Recent RNS also mentioned meeting with nearby property owners that does not mean any deal is being proposed or even desirable.

A meeting with potential buyers if nothing else gathers potentially useful information about the market such as: the market is terrible we are not interested in buying anything

Banbury- AB's anticipated the Congo cash by Christmas if that had happened then this dilution would not have occurred. IMO this just adds to the damage amount for the next legal claim--thats the good news

The bad news is AB keeps planning based on the Congo cash arriving on a defined date. AB has been wrong on that issue for the last 2 years. This time sound different. Even a blind squirrel finds the occasional acorn. or A broken clock is right twice in 24 hours (AKA Day which also includes the night)

Banbury you missed the pivot from Lithium to gold then oil

the gold pivot was not very long about 30 days. Three crews were sent out just last December and then AB gave interview where he mentioned a small ball mill was being moved to the site.

Vagabound- I do not know you at all IMO no one should invest in ANY stock based solely on reading the messages on an online chat forum. My advice--If you have no time to do research then do not invest.

Discussions at AGM- In my experience these are poorly attended by shareholders and mostly happen once a year, An annual event IMO is hardly a good forum for communication

For me, and perhaps others, attendance at RRR AGM is not practical

I do not understand your comment "what will be the state of company if dilution takes place without ARB." What is ARB?

Arbitrage? as in RRR having a private deal with a firm to sell shares into the market and then covering that with placing.?

In Canada that would be illegal (market manipulation etc) is this legal in the UK?

Vagabond72 RRR management also reads posts made in this chat room. I dont agree with the anger but even negative posts can provide valuable feedback to management. Even the posts dealing with issues from 15 years ago can remind management of mistakes made (if they are real)

Those who can not learn from history may be doomed to repeat it.

For me I look at the negative posts (really any posts) ask myself -is it valid? Is it relevant to my ownership?

fyi I bought (2022) because I believed AB would be successful with the legal claims regarding Congo.

I averaged down in 2023 because I continue to believe that

In 2024 i still believe the reward outweighs the risks (but I like reading what others believe are risks)
