1.- current deal priced in. To go ahead will only improve for HICL

2. - deal gets killed, see results presentation

3. - an offer to buy out HICL comes on the back of this

I see upside in all scenarios and a very strong well covered and inflation linked yield.

Interesting to see the vitriol. I’d say the sp today offers a strong opportunity. Having held at times over decades this is one of the most exciting (for a boring dividend IT) entry or average down (for most current holders) price. FTSE 100 liquidity likely on horizon, NAV narrowing opportunity and over 8% yield with strong financial backing. Happily added quite a few to sit patiently on.
