I think we ought to bear in mind that ASOS has fallen from a high of around £60 in the last year and £40 in the last 6 months, so today's rise might we'll be expected. The Market Cap however seems extremely high on such low profits.

Anyway, this is about BMN so onwards and upwards for us will hopefully come soon.

Quite scandalous how an entity can open a Short position, lowering the SP in the process, then close the Short at SP lows, yet the repurchasing of millions of shares does nothing to raise the SP.
Shame on the MMs for being implicitly involved in such a charade and for the FCA to allow such abuse.

I think the key for SP movement will be the means by which BMN fulfil the finance of the deal itself. Using a combination of cash and debt with the avoidance of any dilution would help.

According to the wording in recent RNS, they seem to be set on 31st October as being completion date, however you'd have to assume that there should be no reason it cannot be earlier if conditions are met prior to then. "The transaction remains on track to be completed on 31 October 2019. The outstanding conditions precedent, namely, the cession of specific commercial agreements and South African Reserve Bank approval, are expected to be satisfied."

I hope your timing is just right Richken. We've been steady around this level for a good while now with little or no pressure either upwards or downwards. I suspect that with the Vanchem completion date fast approaching, we will hopefully see some pressure on the Ask as some people look to add to their holdings while others look to join those already invested. There are so many positive reports on Twitter re Vanadium that it's going to be hard to keep BMN down moving forward.

Add to this a JSE listing, likelihood of moving off AIM, likelihood of dividend payments in 2020, Mokopane license, BE projects etc etc and you've got to feel that the future looks bright. We certainly deserve some rewards for persevering throughout the last 10-12 months of SP punishment.

Absolutely correct Raz10. This is a company that is almost unique on AIM. Self sustaining with great profits and no debt....and so much more to come with Vanchem, Mokopane, Eskon and other deals fro BE, electrolyte leasing models etc etc. AND the likelihood of dividends next year.
All this for 21p in the knowledge that it was previously just under 50p.
Still under the radar for many, but not for long.

And right on cue, the MMs drop the Bid. Lol
