I suspect you're all correct in surmising that PRD have a very good reason to switch to AIM. Disposal of special dividends might well be one of them. Interesting thoughts.

One of the positive things for me when I first bought this share at 4p was that it was listed on the main market and not on AIM. I thought most companies would wish to move from AIM to main market. Not vice versa. I can't see that as, a positive thing in this RNS. Anyone else better informed that can tell me why I'm wrong in that assessment?

I've often thought the oil majors are very much on board with the climate change rhetoric as they know full well that both constriction of supply and 'green' energy will serve to drive the price of energy much higher. This means that previously uneconomic O&G areas will become viable. The oil majors win both ways.

Good posts everyone. My concern with your argument gettingby is if the oil majors are expecting $300 oil then why on earth would they give away good assets at silly prices? My concern is that the UK is one of the wokest woke countries in the world, fully aligned with Schwab and his Great Reset. This means I wouldn't be surprised for our PM Carrie Johnson to slap a large carbon tax on any UK listed O&G company. I know it sounds far fetched but so did masks and locking a country down before they did it.

That's exactly it snaffleman re 'there's the gamble'. I don't like gambling on good news at some point in the future and that's kind of what this one has turned into last few months. I'm out of this one for now. GL all. I may kick myself if spectacular news comes in but I've run out of patience for now and can always buy back in.

My biggest shareholding by quite some way here. Like you I'm getting frustrated at the long time with no news whatsoever. Hard to sit on your hands when O&G and commodity stocks are booming elsewhere. Can only hope the long time with no news is because they're working on something big and will hit us with a blockbuster rns soon!

I am. Every day! Not sure the results will be the thing to set this alight given they've already given guidance as to what to expect from 2020. Unless they tag on some other operational updates or news about divi etc.

I use the yoizerbot on Telegram to alert me to any rns for companies that I own shares in. Saves manually checking every morning. But I still wake up waiting for some news here!

Not impressed with that either. Would be nice if some of the directors used their much fatter pay packets to buy anything like a significant number of shares here.
