Agree Black dog. I don't think we can assume that every one of the enquirees as to the Trinidad EOR solution will translate to a contract (much as I'd love that to be the case!). Quite what percentage do is a big unknown right now. I think it likely there will be a snowball effect once one gets signed up. I'm very much looking forward to an RNS detailing the first EOR contract! What do people think our next big RNS will be - Trin/Ireland or Morocco?

Looks like they've just restarted their monthly Director Share purchase plan than has been suspended for the last year or so. Nothing too exciting but obviously good news that they see value in adding here.

I disagree MeM re chart. I think we have a clear pennant itching to break upwards to 70p+ on news soon. Perhaps this tweet from PANR indicates news soon? Is it a hint that they have too much oil they can't hold back?

I think there are a lot of PI's in this one with holdings in the millions who won't be looking to flip them for a bagger or 2. Once this gets going it will motor imo, particularly if any funds/insti's start to try to buy in.

Hi GRH. Does that mean you agree with my basic probability calculation? I'm not absolutely clear if all the targets are indeed discrete and success at any one is completely independent of success at any of the others but assumed so for the purpose of the calculation. I'm also fairly loaded up here now, for me anyway!

I was just looking at the recent presentation to find out chance of success estimated for Morroc dril as I was wondering what the chanc eof success might be to hot at least one of the stacked targets. The 4 independent (?) chances of success are 57, 34, 10, 63. So (if my memory of stats/binomial distributions is correct) the chance of failure at all 4 is 0.43*0.66*0.9*0.37 = 0.095 or 9.5%. So the chance of success at at least one of the targets is 1-0.095 =0.905 or 90% chance of success. Pretty good odds I'd say.Might be why Paul seems pretty confident on this drill?!

Just read the SDX RNS you mentioned. $12 million dollars to target 2 bcf? $6 million per bcf. Wtf?

Hi Aimster. You're right the RNS clearly said construction 'programmed for' April. I'd missed that one. It also clearly said further on that wellpad construction being 'prepared for' April 2021. It might be semantics but the 2 statements do not have quite the same meaning. Having said that I expect your right about 'programmed for' being the correct phrasing.

Interested in the answer to that one too - the RNS said well pad being constructed FOR April 2021. Not STARTING in April 2021. Could be my misunderstanding but if you're constructing something FOR a date it means you're getting it ready for something else to happen at that time no? Perhaps spud will be earlier than many expect (obviously dependent on Covid restrictions though).

I just added a few under 7p too. Seemed like a good opportunity.

Anyone got a list of current institutional holdings here? From their in prospectus seems like very few shares in free float?

Thanks Black dog yes I'd read those and it sounds like the Inisfree one is unlikely to proceed now. So with Shannon one not going ahead does this mean PRD is the ONLY one currently going ahead in Ireland? Would be great to get some confirmation of this soon from the Irish government.

Can someone please clarify for me any other FSRU projects in the planning stages in Ireland? I. E how confident are we that PRD will be the chosen one? I understand there was another one being developed for Cork that is not being pursued and believe a key reason may have been they were going to use shale gas? I think there is another one being developed at Limerick too?

Trying to get a quote to buy some but can't get a live quote to buy but can sell plenty. I think they just dropped it under 18 to try to trigger some stops.

People are comparing this to TXP understandably for its Morocco potential. BUT there is good reason to compare it with ITM too. Right place right time with EOR and CCS. While ITM are obviously taking care of the hydrogen side there are definitely going to be synergies between blue and green hydrogen production and what PRD can bring to the table.
I'd been in ITM through thick and thin since 2008. But sold my remaining lump at 20p when it looked like a busted flush. Doh. Won't make that mistake here!
