Surely if there is to be a global chip shortage for mining equipment it will result in less being mined globally and smaller outfits going out of business so rising PM prices in the longer term?

This share was approaching 10% dividend today. Astonishing. Given what is happening at Aviva with asset disposals and talk of special dividends etc this share is looking cheap I think and will undoubtedly be attracting attention given the FTSE seems anomalously cheap right now.
