My wife is a Russian translator, I speak Russian and have been there many times and know lots of people there. The Russian news is completely different to what we are being told and most people there are simply bemused at what Western media are saying.

Putin is not planning an invasion imo. It's Biden and the globalists trying to provoke him into doing something so they can have a war now they've got all they can out of the Covid scare.

Looks like the new holders from last week are also going to get shafted with this one tomorrow. Very sorry for all who lost out here. Something stinks about this one. The dodgy interim timing and content had all the clues but I stupidly ignored the red flags and didn't act on my gut feeling. Very expensive lesson learned here. If it can be proven they knew the result was a dud when they released the interim is there possibly a legal case against them here? All previous interviews Leslie dismissed risks as pretty much non-existent. Yet in the interims where I believe they must have had an idea of the result they put a big risk warning?

Anyone can post here Bladey. I would argue that long term holders who are unhappy with recent events here have full justification for posting their frustration. There is a new group of bottom fishers here now who would prefer it if disgruntled previous holders no longer post here as it gets in the way of them ramping the price and offloading to the naive for a few % profit. That's not happening though and many of the bottom fishers who bought at 0.8p are now significantly down too. Obviously need to see the next rns to be sure that this is a busted flush but to me the signs are not promising at all.

The interim timing was suspicious to say the least. My feeling is that it had some simple read between the lines red flags that would allow some holders to exit prior to the actual results. If this can be proved to be the case then there may be some grounds for a legal investigation imo.

I have just been reading some of the horror tories on here regarding losses on this dog. Like many others I felt physically sick when that rns came out 10 minutes before market open. Weird timing eh? At times like that you just desperately want to be able to wind the clock back 24h. And the results the day before with words like being at a "critical phase" and we "remain cogniscent of the risks" etc. When I read these words I didn't like them and saw them as red flags but completely ignored them such was my confidence in the snake oil salesman Leslie with his "champagne on ice". I hope he will rue the day he made that comment and it will haunt him forever. I nearly sold some on that day too but ignored my gut feeling. Anyway I lost about £45k here. About 20% of my ISA value sadly. Far too much in a stupid binary one hit wonder drill. I should have learned my lessons from the PRD drill last year. At lease I offloaded some there in the high teens before the result though. Here I held on to them all. What is really gutting is that I had quotes to sell the million shares for 5.4p before the result and was thinking gosh imagine if my finger just slipped and I accepted the quote! But I didn't. My loss here was the same amount as I put into TXP in the low teens and 20s and sold near the top which is how I got my ISA to the level it is. But it doesn't make this recent loss easy to stomach. Commiserations to all others who lost on this one and shame on the very nasty people with character flaws who are mocking. The first week after something like this is the worst but I am still smarting bigtime right now.

You're lucky to be in that part of the world! We were up there in September eating Loch Fyne kippers on the bbq. They were just superb. Best to get away from the carnage and do something meaningful on a day like this. And yes the RISC assessment looks to have been seriously wrong and questions need to be asked of them.

Leslie the snake oil salesman has a lot to answer for here. His ****iness and smooth talking and easy manner in interviews sucked in a lot of people who were convinced this was pretty much a certainty. Indeed he said himself it was almost unimaginable that there would not be a success here. I think many are understandably angry. Some horror stories here about losses. I had far far too many in here but "only" lost 15% of my portfolio. Still massively gutting but commiserations to those even more badly hit.

Definitely looks like reverse H&S. Would be nice to complete the pattern today to get to, or past, 4.4p or so close of play to tee us up for next week.

I also liked the fact that Leslie said something along the lines of that they still had to do the drill before setting up commercialisation plans. I. E it sounded almost like a certain that it would prove commercial.

At 20,000 bopd of very high quality oil I'd be surprised if this is only 200m Mcap end 2023 when production starts Seagull. Jadestone for example is approx double that Mcap for similar ballpark levels of production. And it sounds highly likely that ADV will be involved in other projects by then anyway as well.
