I think Bonum means - exploitation licence rather than ‘explotation licence’ as there is no licence known in the oil industry as that!

No Shoaib, quite the contrary, when they merged with BG they re-evaluated all operations and deemed it not commercially viable... Shell are certainly no mugs!

Sadly in order to increase flow rates with a new method of fracking / well stimulation, the type having never been carried out in Mongolia to date then unfortunately that’s going to require further / new permitting.... as anyone knows this is a long drawn out process which in turn will have a negative effect on the share price.... it will also be very expensive and with the current price of oil it may not be worth it financially in the current climate!

If your valuations are correct mrN just imagine where that would end up with say $70 or $80 a barrel!
It’s a long shot but could happen.... the more the world descends into chaos the higher it will go!

That’s the million dollar question.... that totally depends on how many wells we drill / flow rate / price of oil etc etc.... one thing for sure is places like Nigeria will become far more appealing for buyouts, the big mergers haven’t worked out for the bigger companies so in my mind they will revert to taking out the smaller companies especially if they have easy oil plays ie no fracking or well stimulation.... to put an accurate price on that is not easy... I think I’ll leave that to MrN and MrP to price!
If they drill multiple wells with a max flow rate of what they say they expect and if oil does reach high levels then who knows where we could end up.... all I know is the easy oil plays are becoming rare theses days and wells that require fracking and well stimulation is fraught with issues and are exceptionally expensive even to gain a semi decent flow rate.

With shell having pulled out of sh*tty oil plays like the ones that are currently happening in Mongolia I see no reason we won’t be bought out.... as we all know we don’t need to frack or stimulate to get a semi decent oil flow so the future certainly looks good.....

Morning, not too sure about that.....I’ve been scanning through the previous announcements, I know people don’t won’t to hear anymore about the placing but I’ll continue regardless and anyone’s free to filter me, on the 14th may the agreed placing that’s been the subject of much talk was waiting on uk regulators to sign off, as far as I can see it was never approved, so the all the talk of the imminent placing I believe is false and without merit....obviously a placing could occur in the near/mid future but it won’t be at the .07p previously agreed, for that to happen we would have received a rns stating it’s been approved by uk regulators which to my knowledge has never been announced between then and the rns stating the agreement had been terminated by mutual consent..... this will be the final time i post about this matter!
Ps.... if my previous post turns out to be accurate it’s safe to say we will be bought out for a rather large sum... here’s hoping anyway.... GL all

Not sure about previous Mcaps, any previous drills for me the companies have some production / wells / acerage etc going on so first time i’ve been in on one where basically it’s our sole asset but that’s what makes it even more interesting..... also we should think about most of the exploration nowadays involves some form / extent of fracking and well simulation etc, all the easy oil plays have gone, according to some.
I’m not worried about the future placing in any way, if the price drops then I’ll top up....simples
Where this could end up is anyone’s guess, if a decent flow of good news keeps coming then sky’s the limit if all goes well!
If the price continues to rise tho I may have to revert to a bit of trolling....Would hate to have to pay over my average

Totally agree with you both, delighted the original plan has been mutually terminated.
Bit by bit things are starting to fall into place here, who would have thought a few months back we would get 2 positive announcements in the space of a few weeks.
It’s amazing how anyone could read that and come away thinking it’s negative.

What a load of crap Codey, you really are a clown.... AAOG operate in one of the worst countries on the planet to do business.... Nigeria has many many faults but with that comes world class oil plays where all the majors like to play.
AAOG have been getting ripped off by the Congo government for god knows how long, because strangely enough when you deal with a tinpot regime your going to get bent over and raped at some point!
AAOG have carried out so many finance deals with a ton of different companies I really wouldn’t know where to begin, COPL have struck 1 with Riverfort (I’m no fan, but some companies are smarter than others when it comes to signing finance deals) to blame the demise on Riverfort is laughable and you really should do your homework before you post total rubbish.

Why would you describe something generically when instead you could just be accurate in your description, that way you wouldn’t loose credibility with your first post!
But even ignoring your slack use of facts, I really doubt many here will be swayed with your argument / de-ramp... but keep trying cause it’s a good laugh

Tend to find the honourable companies wouldn’t touch these guys for obvious reasons, AM did out of pure desperation, the fact the fundamentals have now changed makes me think it might not be a bad thing but if it wasn’t for the last rns I would have serious worries with getting involved with these sharks.... for every one company they help they stifle many more, at least that’s been my experience with them in the past, even a mention of these guys has investors running for the hills cause they have a long history of sucking dry any rise in share price but like I said before, AM was shrewd and he’ll know better than most of how they operate and has structured the agreement in his/our favour..... at this point we can’t really turn our noses up at 2mil so the advantages outweigh the negatives...... the last thing we need is another placing, if we’re not careful we’ll end up with as many shares as 88e
