That’s my understanding, the deal was being closed after trading hours yesterday and suspension follows that straight away...so until it’s relisted as the new entity it remains suspended

Obviously too late with the approved prospectus hence the suspension as per rules.... keep in mind this deal has been executed fairly quick so for that reason alone cut them some slack.... the suspension is actually designed to protect shareholders so it would be a super bold move on AM’s part to pull a con on us at this point and not likely to happen... imo
