I've been in this share since they 80's. It's been a rollercoaster ride all the way (and I don't just mean covid, though that was the rollercoaster's thrill drop). My resilience is getting low.

I've read somewhere the buy back shares will be used to fulfill share commitments, such as sharesave schemes, monthly share purchases by Employees. Effectively this changes them back to cash and hopefully at a profit to RR
