3. Q1 exceptional strength across the board
4. One takeover

It’s the smartest piece that intrigues me when they took over Dual energy who are also B2B they paid 30m and dual had considerably less turnover around 89m when YU was 120m.

Now YU has significantly grown during a pandemic and a combined Dual and YU would be pretty meaty with a turnover even now at around 1/4 billion ish

Combine the two reduce overheads as system and staff are merged and you have a slick company churning out the cash.

The question is BK as he holds over 50% of YU so holds the key.

1000p a share is 160m MC

Assumed PE is 10 therefore need a 16m PBT

5% assumed net margin

Turnover at
200m = 10m PBT
300m = 15m PBT

Therefore before lockdown and ****ty margin contracts YU turned over 120m on 9000 clients

Now we have double the clients and growing them very rapidly so when normality returns 200m turnover is possible and a lot more if clients continue to sign up at the current rate.

All very basic stuff but you can see with simple numbers the future is extremely bright and 2020 was outstanding so why can’t 2021 by earth shattering as they have already stated materially going to smash 2021 broker numbers

This is about end of 2021 and into 2022 I think if people actually had patience this has multibagger written all over people seem to forget, YU has no debt, cash rich, predator not prey and current MC is a joke with huge cash generation.

Premier Miton hold 6.6% also good skin in the game from Directors, this was valued many multiples of current price and the business has never been in in better shape and growing very nicely with a diverse client base.

Absolute no brained during these difficult times as not many companies are thriving like YU
