With regards to Dual energy they are owned by Smartest there privately owned and I expect a merger not a buyout as very similar companies SME only focussed.

YU work closely with Smartest and if I was YU and smartest this is a perfect fit to create a listed SME focussed business of considerable mass through clients and turnover which would result in massive cost savings in a combined entity.

MA energy is a private company mainly focussed around London
