Regulations and appointed Lithuania-based Agne Penikienė as CEO of GS Fintech UAB, together with forming a new management board, in the Period.

Looks like we have more than Agne working out in Lithuania. I remember there was a CEO, Chief compliance officer and board member position they were advertising on Bake so have 2 non verified people working for GS Fintech working to gain MiCA approval… I think this is really good news and they’ve taken the compliant steps to getting this over the line.

Semnet arbitration will just go towards the next acquisition rather than a raise, really looks like they are pushing on with Angra.

Can’t say for sure this is a Lithuanian company that’s decided to apply in Estonia as it could be anyone, but it’s an interesting post that they are only just appointing someone to assist for their application in mid December.
